dizzychixies · 29/03/2009 22:38

No1 have a look on here too I love this brand of shoes, I just don't love the price

no1putsbabyinthecorner · 29/03/2009 22:38

She tried some nice ones on but never have her size. think going to get them and another pair at the bottom. maybe the pale pink.
let me know if you come across any more.
hope cafe plans are going ok.
hope your tooth is ok too.

dizzychixies · 29/03/2009 22:41

oh oh tooth has been fine since she patched it up - even with my consistent poking at it to make sure I have the pink ones for DD2 for the summer and they're really lovely quality for £10 and she delivers them very quickly too, am sure she's take returns if they didn't suit the wee one - LOVING her green cardi in the photos too

no1putsbabyinthecorner · 29/03/2009 22:42

lol oops
I got the highchairs off ebay btw.

xpost dizzy them shoes are yummy too but at £££ she grows far to quick to justify that really.

ok dd up bye ladies.

dizzychixies · 29/03/2009 22:43

you can sometimes get some of them on ebay No1 you just need to keep an eye out for them, I wouldn't pay full price either

No1 those are some really cute pics on FB and I totally agree with Dizzy, you have a amazing kitchen.

Don't ask...as soon as mine is painted I'll post the remodel pics. Until in my book my kitchen is done.

I'm liking all the shoe ideas. At the moment I'm watching the weather because if it's cold and wet, the boots will be required. Otherwise I'll be in strappy coolness. Shopping trip planned for midweek.

VG I will be in a sporty ponytail with lots of gold bangles if I wear the boots. If I'm in heals I'll wear my hair down with loads of wavy curls and no arm jewelry. Since I'm working the event I'll probably have a hairband with me to pull my hair back during stress moments. I've got a lot of hair.....

Reese is happy crawling around at my feet. She's eaten a mix of sweet potato, corn, squash, and brown rice (a baby pot i think you call it) for tea.

Off to find my own dinner.

dizzychixies · 29/03/2009 22:52

No1 mine grew too they don't tell you that when you're thinking about getting pregnant!! and no wonder you're p'ed off - enjoy your lovely cuddles with DD, DD2 in our bed too

no1putsbabyinthecorner · 29/03/2009 22:55

lol sazzles long gone are the days where I cried over it. I only upset me as he is oblivious till next day and then very sorry. Oh and throws in ' I only have 2 sundays off in every 5' or summat like that. I dont go out any other time. This is true, but I would much rather he went out at night and came home when dcs in bed. Not in the day when he is (not blind drunk) but clearly had one to many to be of any use/help and just plays winds dd up, when its wind down time before bed.
Anyway enough ranting.Off to give his credit card some serious hammer

no1putsbabyinthecorner · 29/03/2009 22:59

no1putsbabyinthecorner · 29/03/2009 23:19

dizzy just wondering if that shoe site only accepts paypal as doesnt seem to give any other option

TwilightSurfer · 30/03/2009 01:45

DID HELL FREEZE OVER?

It is 8:45PM and everyone in my house is asleep (WITHOUT A FIGHT) except me. DD1 was even bathed first. Did something happen that I am not aware of?

NOW WHAT DO I DO!?!?!?!?!?!?!
I'M NOT TIRED!!!!!!

Eggspectant · 30/03/2009 08:10

Dizzy was inspired by the Easter name. Good news on the tooth.

Just getting on new thread as well but thanks for the messages on Friday - was feeling a little low as you all gathered. Anyway had to take DS back to the docs on Friday afternoon. He had a temperature of 38.8 so they gave him a suppository (seems it is not only the French) to bring it down immediately. We then had to follow up with calpol every four hours strictly. Temperature has come down and been down since but he has a horrible cough that must really hurt as he cries each time he coughs poor little mite. Anyway not much sleep or rest going on because of that so I've come to work to have a rest this morning.

DH and I been at each others throats over the weekend as I was getting stressed about the feeding again and needing some time to myself (he's been off work since Wednesday with whatever DS has). He promised if he was better at the weekend then he'd look after DS a bit more. So Saturday he let me go for a swim (DS was asleep for the whole time) then he looked after DS whilst I went for a manicure/pedicure for one hour - he didn't really have to do much though as DS had to have his food at this time so most of the time was spent doing that. Yesterday he looked after him for about 2 hours whilst I had a nap (he was asleep for the first hour of this). So now he seems to think that after having spent a total of 2 hours over the course of the weekend whilst he was solely looking after DS and he was awake that he is father of the year and will be absolved from all parenting duties next weekend. When he asked me last night whether I had given DS his calpol and I shouted yes back at him he had the cheek to say that I should stop being so aggressive with him and needed to sort myself out . He did get up this morning at 6am when I asked him to (I'd been up since 5am with DS already and needed an hour so I could manage to come to work).

TS hope you managed to sleep.

Cyteen stories please!

Morning all

Bright, sunny but &^%$* cold here and the heating wasn't set to new time so didn't come on until 5mins ago - bbbrrrr.

I just looked into the garden and saw a group of strange men moving my washing line - DH forgot to tell me the builders were coming today to rip out all the retaining walls in the garden and re-build in brick them so they are safe for little people to run around the garden.

VG - We went to our local ASDA yesterday and were and to find an Irish section in the Ethnic aisle. I wonder why the need for a seperate Ethnic Irish section as there isn't a noticably large contingent here or did you ring them and tell them you were planning a visit?

No1 - I think I have found the chair on ebay - might have to spend this cheque my parents have given us for DD.

Sazz - did you get sleep?

Sleep happened in 2 hour stints here Dh decided he is moving back to the spare room as he can't cope with the constant disturbances to his sleep?????
