i think it is too far. They may be others closer though

MamaMaiasaura · 12/01/2009 23:08

as in, in the future.

MamaMaiasaura · 12/01/2009 23:09

madmouse - right forest. Really, how long did it take? I'll have 2 dc with me - aged 9 (then!) and of course ds2

madmouse · 12/01/2009 23:09

Awen leave Brockenhurst at 9 Coventry at 11.22. Depending on how far you need to drive to get to Brockenhurst and the last bit from cov to me not much difference with driving.

Trains are cross country pendolinos, very narrow, ner with push chair

Awen, I'd be up for something closer - about 2 & half hours for me, and Saturdays are hectic as it is with older DDs dancing. Hampshire/Berkshire/Oxfordshire/Wiltshire/Surrey are best for me if that helps for the following meet-up?

Madmouse sorry can't make this one - DH is going to Ireland on 28th Feb as well as distance issue.

LuckySalem · 12/01/2009 23:14

that we're gonna miss a couple of you by the looks of things. Are you SURE you can't do it?

Housemum, where are you? Is there a train?

madmouse · 12/01/2009 23:14

Lucky church hall was a joke! I would need to check whether it is not booked. Can do if you want?

church house also safe, anyhow, safety in numbers

brockenhurst very close, hmm at thought of bugaboo on train.. might be tight. Plus ds2 likely to be a right grumpy pants as his morning milk splurge and nap time... gosh, i want to meet up tho. Will have to think on it.

simpson · 12/01/2009 23:15

Housemum - my Grandmother lives in Oxford so am there a fair bit so would be well up for another meet up at a later date

LuckySalem · 12/01/2009 23:15

hehehe - No worries MM, If its not in the church hall your the wife of a vicar (I hope, ) so what could/should be safer?!

simpson · 12/01/2009 23:16

What about Rock doctor - where does she live??

madmouse · 12/01/2009 23:16

madmouse · 12/01/2009 23:17

LuckySalem · 12/01/2009 23:18

Bless him, he does worry. I have to tell him, only prob is if he tries to invite himself along. He'll prob be ok with it if A comes as he knows she can stand up for herself (i'm a push over apparently) lol

madmouse · 12/01/2009 23:19

simpson · 12/01/2009 23:22

MamaMaiasaura · 12/01/2009 23:23

LuckySalem · 12/01/2009 23:24

BTW, well done on your post in the postman thread!

simpson · 12/01/2009 23:25

OOh yes nice weather

Awen - Exciting about TTCing again...fingers X for you

LuckySalem · 12/01/2009 23:25

TTC? Oh I missed that! Good luck

MamaMaiasaura · 12/01/2009 23:28

lucky.

I just dont have time to mumnet.. too busy eating lunch in JL. lol

really am finding it hard to fit in any 'me' time... actually not too worried about it as loving th eus time but means i rarely get mumnet time.

Havent yet been out of an evening, not bothered tho. Dp manages one everyweek though. Have managed 1 haircut though for naming day. Rarely shave legs and pits at the moment but keeps me warm and not very hairy and also fair so not quite chewbacca yet.

Actually i am lucky to have a poo in peace. This sounds all pathetic but am quite happy really, just busy.
