Pink how is the blackberry?

MmeJB just want to thank you for last night x

Got a fun day of tidying the house. Its my NY resolution. To try and be lg&t a domestic godess

largevirginbirthandtonic · 03/01/2009 10:45

I am sat in my jammas with a whining snotting B round me.

I cant catch up but i know all the important things...

The girl is still in (phew) the children come back today. I am 39 weeks on Monday. Late again methinks...

I have felt very niggly over the last week but had a mega high protein result (low BP) in wee so think it may have been an infection.

Xmas was chaos, New Year was nice and calm. I feel rested and ready for January No really i do. She can come whenever she likes now, we have everything ready for her and the tarpauline is under the moses basket.

How is everyone else? Jammy how was Xmas with 2?

PINK my secret santa was fabulous The Boden paper had your name on it I got a lovely Cath Kidston mug and notelets for menu planning and shopping. It is stuck to my vey pink Smeg fridge and looks great. Thank you, thank you

undercovermummy · 03/01/2009 10:50

Wow i cant believe you are 39wks already. That seems to have flown by. How exciting . Sorry to hear that B is snotty and whingy. E has turned into a little monkey over the xmas break. But i guess that's down to her copying her big brother. The tantrums are quite funny and she is very stubborn..... not sure where she gets that from....

Dh has taken them to B&Q this morning so that i can have a bit of peace and quiet, oh and tidy up the shite heap that is the playroom. Have got a few storage systems coming from GTLC this week so should be able to sort the toys out and move a lot up into their rooms.

aprilmeadow · 03/01/2009 10:51

aprilmeadow · 03/01/2009 10:52

largevirginbirthandtonic · 03/01/2009 11:07

Muppet...

aprilmeadow · 03/01/2009 11:07

anyway..... did SOH come for a visit?

largevirginbirthandtonic · 03/01/2009 11:09

Nope The car went bang and they managed to get a cancellation for a measles jab for M in London. So car fixed they went there yesterday for the day and stopped in on TYG.

TYG is coming to see me next week I want to squish the boy. She can catch the girl and supervise the masses if the timming is right

aprilmeadow · 03/01/2009 11:13

Shame that she had car trouble. Hope M is ok after the jab. Jack has his MMR booster on Thursday.

Hope you have a great day with TYG and that the cuddles with O prompt the girly to come out..

MmeJaffaB · 03/01/2009 11:44

Glad you are OK lg&t, was starting to worry about you. Sorry SOH didn't make it.

LOL at Muppet........

largevirginbirthandtonic · 03/01/2009 16:42

Bump pic on profile. God i look ridiculous.

MKG · 03/01/2009 16:46

God your bump is nice! Mine looks like a map with all the lines all over it.

aprilmeadow · 03/01/2009 16:48

That is a lovely bump lg&t

MmeJaffaB · 03/01/2009 18:30

She looks all tucked up neat in there lg&t. Lovely Bump, cute Beau, was he saying babyyyyyyy? Where does he get his gorgeous red hair from?

MKG · 03/01/2009 18:37

Ok--I've decided that Cruz wants to be a nudist. Today I was getting ready to take a shower and of course he wanders on in sees me naked (surprised he isn't scarred for life) and runs to the shower. he gets in, so I take of his clothes and let him have a shower as well.

Well afterwards chasing that boy down to put clothes on him was hilarious. The fight he gave while putting his clothes on was classic.

Yes my son would prefer to be naked.

AprilMeadow · 03/01/2009 18:57

Ella is the same MKG

MKG · 03/01/2009 19:09

He gets the most adorable look on his face when he's running free.

AprilMeadow · 03/01/2009 19:17

Yes the one that you want to be cross at because they arent doing as they have been asked but the one that you cant help chuckle at

AprilMeadow · 03/01/2009 22:06

Phew that's another assignment out of the way - luckily it wasnt one that needed research doing or references to certain things, it was based on recruitment and selection (pink i know its your favourite subject) and was just about what we knew prior to the task and then what we learnt during and then as a result of the tutors feedback. Due in on Monday fingers crossed i have written a load of waffle and totally missed answering the question

Just got to pull my finger out on the main assignment. I have to (well should have done it already) a questionnaire for the staff on Training & Development. Havent been given any help in how to put one together just have to get on with it.

Think my brain has fried but am glad that i just knuckled down and got on with it.

AprilMeadow · 03/01/2009 22:07

have = havent

TheGreatChristmasEvie · 04/01/2009 15:45

AM!!..do you know yay or nay yet?

Happy New Year one and all!

Bloody freezing here today.Took L out on her bike and M in hte buggy and they wre both shivering and nearly blue so we had to come back pretty quick..

Starting my new rota at work tomorrow..doom.Lates on Mondays, then some Tuesdays off but have to work the corresponding Saturday in return. Was kind of shoe horned into it and actually it will work out better for us in terms of child care (plus will mean a few less mornings of getting up at 6am)but god do I hate working shifts of any kind.I like a nice 9-5 rather than all this fannying about!

Glad the girl still in gintonic..she does right. Is too chilly to come out in this weather

We are back in bedtime bootcamp now.Last night is took 2 hours for L to give up and go to bed in her own bed. Then M piped up at 12.30 wanting out of her cot.I beg of you.

Detox starts tomorrow.Have got fish and lots of veg to steam in.Am having a last hurrah now with some Doritos and will polish off the gin later.Needs must.Have put on half a stone over Christmas

MmeJaffaB · 04/01/2009 19:58

So have I scoot. 10lbs to be exact. Tomorow is the day for me, infact I have been anoying all those on the big/slim whatever topic today for inspiration.

Good luck with bed time boot camp.

AprilMeadow · 04/01/2009 20:10

Woo hoo the kids go back to nursery tomorrow

J so needs to get back into a routine its not funny. He has been awful for the last 2wks. Just pushing boundaries and testing us all the time. He back chats, is rude and pulls horrid faces. Wouldnt be so bad but E is copying him so much that you end up with both of them screaming and moaning.

Good luck with bedtime boot camp Scoot

JamInMyWellies · 04/01/2009 21:38

Oh crap DP goes back to work tom have no idea how I will get anything done as L has spent nearly the entire day attached to my boobs he has literally sucked me bone dry.

Pinkjenny · 04/01/2009 21:57

Scoot - good to see you back. It's so cold here too, we went to town yesterday and poor L was the only one without gloves on, I felt awful.

AM - just getting used to the BlackBerry and it's stupid fiddly keypad. Glad you got your assignment done, I do hate resourcing. I'm far to self centred to listen to other people talking about themselves! I'd wink here but I don't know how to!

MKG - L isn't a fan of nakedness, but we have a lot of those types of shenanigans at bedtime!

LG and T - glad you liked your SS.

Jam - sorry for your norks.

We've had a lovely weekend actually. Took L to IKEA today to buy her a little table and chairs. She won't entertain the high chair any more and now play doh and drawing are the activities of choice. The builder is starting work on my conservatory tomorrow, which will be a play room for her.

It has taken me so long to type this message!
