OP posts:
oooggs · 21/08/2008 20:37

ellie - I need to wrap it yet and no one is answering me

geordieminx · 21/08/2008 20:39

Sorry oooggs - no experience in such things. Is it a present to the nursery workers or the kids or have I completely missed the point?

oooggs · 21/08/2008 20:44

he has done the 3 nursery workers in pre school cards and those plaques from Thorntons saying

"To Thank You Love James x"

the book is to be kept in the preschool library and used and loved by the children

runnyhabbit · 21/08/2008 20:49

Oooggs, that book is a lovely idea

What about "to everyone who reads this book, I hope you have as much enjoyment here as I have had, James"?

I'll be doing this in a few weeks too

oooggs · 21/08/2008 21:12

thanks runny - I have gone along those lines - no one replied to my thread and it is past my bedtime - night x

Sexonlegs · 21/08/2008 21:22

God that takes me back to last year and B leaving pre-school.

Hi GM.

Quiet on here tonight.

Have just spent an exciting hour ironing

geordieminx · 22/08/2008 06:48

AhhhI see oooggs - Sorry, I understand perfectly now! Yes I would have gone along the same lines as SOL!

Rubbbish night here, C was up and down and really unsettled. He's got his back teeth coming through just now, although the pain seemed to miraculously stop once he was in bed with me

Eddas · 22/08/2008 07:08

oooggs, i hadn't thought of getting the preschool a little something once dd leaves, lovely idea. I will definately do that in December.

SOL, don't you just love ironing

GM, sorry C was unsettled. He would've stopped crying because he loves his mummy and she gives the best cuddles and makes him feel better

POTC, you definately need a nuber system especially as dc are boys too, you know i get confused

We all had a good night, dd slept for over 11 hours which is much more than the previous few weeks. She needs 12 hours really.

Off to work in a bit, I was just checking ebay to see if I'd had any bids, but none yet they'll all come in the last 5 mins(hopefully)

Eddas · 22/08/2008 07:24

I've justed looked on FB,

step SIL had a girl called Lilly Louise, so not only did she nick my first name she stole my middle name too Good choice!! Although i'm slightly at to 'll's' I thought it had one?

Anyway, we didn't get a call from MIL dh's family are odd. Plain and simple. odd.

Doobydoo · 22/08/2008 08:17

Morning.Good news re baby Eddas[il's do sound odd!]

Jack slept through - again - 3 nights in a row Erin was snuffly and woke for 20 mins

all dcs at nursery this morning, James very proud to take in his homemade cards, chocs & the book

looking forward to going to school but also worried about not seeing his nursery friends anymore (he has been with some of them over 3.5 years)

geordieminx · 22/08/2008 08:39

Oooggs - make sure you take advantage of the dc's being at nursery and REST - Tea, magazines, bath, chocolate!!

Just wondering - have you felt the LO move yet?

oooggs · 22/08/2008 08:47

yes gm felt the baby very early, about 10 weeks, only because this is no.4 and my tummy muscles have been ruined . I am 17 weeks today and have a scan on 4th September.

Fancy number 2?

oooggs · 22/08/2008 09:06

I have just had a coughing fit, was sick and wet myself again I am 17 weeks FGS - when will I stop being sick.

I wasn't even this sick with the twins

geordieminx · 22/08/2008 09:24

awh oooggs you really aren't having an easy time of it! Please relax for the rest of the morning!

Nope, no plans for no.2 here (although it would be no.4 for dp!)

I have seen the effects of 4 kids....although i havent seen her recently.

Eddas · 22/08/2008 09:28

oooggs, would you like a {{{{{{{{{{{{hug}}}}}}}}}}}}}

PillockOfTheCommunity · 22/08/2008 09:35

oh oooggs

I'm going in late this morning, absolutely knackered after working 8.30-6 all week.
Making muffins for the guys at work, hoping I don't poison them all

Lily is usually spelt with one L Eddas but I find the L L at the start of the names a bit of a mouthful too!
