oh no GM! Stressful!!

CaptainDippy · 15/08/2008 18:33

GM!! Glad all is ok now sweetie. xx

Great news runny

Had a nice afternoon on the beach with DH, girls and friends and their children, watching all the planes flying round at Airbourne

P has one sleep a day, between 9.30/10am ish and 12pm ish.

Eddas · 15/08/2008 18:57

oh no gm. I bet he loved it whilst you were worrying like mad. Pesky children glad it all turned ok

cd, glad you had a nice afternoon

ds has the same nap routine as P, whilst dd is at preschool, he normally goes to sleep about 9.45 and is woken at 11.45 to pick her up. Ocassionally he has an afternoon nap aswell for 1/2 hour. I'm lucky with him as he's very adaptable and if he misses his morning nap he'll just have one in the afternoon and will still go to bed.

I've got a stinky cold

Eddas · 15/08/2008 18:58

that came out wrong, i meant he loved it playing in the car, not watching you worry hope you know what i mean

mammyjo · 15/08/2008 19:03

OMG GM, that must have been scary! Glad you got him out safely, albeit with a bit of window damage!

Runny, I am so pleased for you. What a good boy W is too

SPB, assuming you have probably gone already, but have a good time!

CD, glad you had a good afternoon. Hope you and dh are ok xx

Lovely sunny day here (until now), so I have been out with F and my mum for a wander by the sea. It was lovely, great to get some fresh air, and my mum bought F a gorgeous pair of shoes from a fab (but expensive) shop. Not the sort of place I would normally go, would just gaze longingly through the window! They sell Lelli Kelli and that sort of thing. They are very cute, got them in the sale so they actually cost about the same as clarks which is not too bad

Off now to make myself some dinner. Have a good evening all xxx

mammyjo · 15/08/2008 19:04

Bleugh to cold too Eddas.

Sexonlegs · 15/08/2008 19:38

Evening all.

GM, how scary. Really glad you got it sorted albeit with a broken window.

W, fab fab fab news re W. What a weight off your mind x

Dippy, sounds like you had a lovely day. Hope you are feeling ok.

SPB/NL, hope you both have a lovely time away.

MJ, no rain???? Sounds like you had a great time today.

Ange, welcome back Hope you and yours are well.

Hope everyone else is well.
All ok here. Went to the farm this afternoon with the girls and met a friend who I met when pg with B. Had a great time, but B has been a handful. She is under the weather and tired, and her atitude and behaviour are pushing me to the limit. Doesn't help that I still feel shit. Sorry for the rant. Just feel a bit fed up now of feeling below par and having so much going on. Dh had the day off today and went cycling with his brother and is complaining he is tired! FFS!!!!

Rant really over now!

Back later.xx

AngeG · 15/08/2008 20:44

Hello

Fantastic news Runny, it must be such a weight off your mind!

GM - How scary for you. A friend of mine had the same problem although she locked her DS in the car, he was only about 8 months old was screaming. We rang the Fire Brigade who smashed the tiniest window to get the keys off the seat! Sounds like C is a little monkey!

Glad you had a good day Dippy.

Hope all ok with you and DH SOL. Thinking of you.

MJ - Sounds like a lovely afternoon

Hope SPB and NL have good hols.

Hi Oooggs and Elkie. How are you both feeling now?

Hello Eddas as well. Fantastic that you've got your new car! I love having a new car!

Hello to anyone I've missed. xx

runnyhabbit · 15/08/2008 21:14

Evening all

GM - OMG Glad he's ok, though.
Not quite on the same scale, but J manged to ring 999 from the house phone (even though the keypad was locked) Hung up on them. Then they rang back to ask if everything was ok. I didn't have a clue what they were on about until they asked a child would have access to the phone. I apologised, and thought that had sorted it, until a few hours later they sent a cop car round and 2 policemen were asking dh if everything was alright.

And this was before he was 1.

mammyjo · 15/08/2008 21:28

SOL, hope you and dh are ok xx

runnyhabbit · 15/08/2008 21:42

SOL - hope your talk with dh goes ok x

runnyhabbit · 15/08/2008 21:44

Have to say I'm rather impressed with how quick our broadband is now.

Am talking to MJ on FB, and I'm on here.

Mind you, seeing as I'm female, multi-tasking is taken for granted
