Eddas · 27/07/2008 21:31

lol at you turning up sol I bet you do peel her grapes the things you say about b really remind me of my dd. They'd be a nightmare together

Lovely photos oooggs. Erin looks really grown up in the top picture. Love that dress

We (dh and I) have noticed that ds has grown up so much over the last few weeks my baby isn't a baby anymore

oooggs · 27/07/2008 21:33

thanks dooby - just checked photos again to find the tidy house well tomorrow I will be running around like a headless chicken (for a change!) as Octo is coming for lunch

oooggs · 27/07/2008 21:35

those top photos are of dcs just before we left for the 'wedding' they don't normally wear 'bestest' clothes

Doobydoo · 27/07/2008 21:35

I am sad.I have started to notice things like thatI do not know how people do it.I spend an inordinate amount of time housewerking but no one would know
Have a lovely time tomorrow.

Eddas · 27/07/2008 21:36

ooo oooggs, i forgot about the wedding. How did it go?

dooby, my house is never tidy i think that's more to do with me than the kids

oooggs · 27/07/2008 21:39

the wedding - our children looked great, were so well behaved and hogged the dance floor for the first hour and a half exactly what bridezilla didn't want.

ds1 sang into a microphone (Rockstar - Nickleback)and had a standing ovation.

I looked 6 mths and that also stole her thunder - but the children were ratty for days/nights after due to the late night

glad it is over though

Eddas · 27/07/2008 21:48

aw bless em. glad it went well

My dd does a lovely rendition of amy winehosue and rehab and sings all the High School Musical 2 songs

Sexonlegs · 27/07/2008 21:52

Eddas, never one to disappoint! We should get G and B together sometime soon - along with the other SE birds as well - incl IDOC!!!!!

Oooggs, what lovely pics. So grown up-looking!!

Dooby, your posts continue to make me smile!!

Dippy, hope you are ok

B is a prima donna. I have texted dh and told him I will sleep downstairs he can deal with the duvet straightening and other such demands!!!

Right, need to wash up etc [yawn] and then get some sleep.

So, night lovely ladies. xx

Idreamofchocolate · 27/07/2008 21:55

Dippy and SOL - so, so sorry we didn't get to see each other yesterday. Don't quite know what happened, the only instructions I got were to meet at Fishers Farm! Oh well, we had a really lovely day out anyway, and we wouldn't have gone there if we weren't planning to meet up, so although it didn't turn out quite as planned, it was fab anyway. Just very not to see you and the girlies. Emily was rather confused, she was looking forward to having some more playmates for the afternoon. Have put some pics of the day on my profile (I think), so you can see some of what we got up to!

Just had the week off, it has been fab with the glorious weather. Back to work tomorrow (booooooooooo) - dh got this coming week off to cover the school hols (and it's gonna rain. He is a Rain God, I swear ).

Love to you all xxx

Sexonlegs · 28/07/2008 07:41

Morning all

IDOC, sounds like you had a lovely time, and the photo's are gorgeous. I am so sorry we didn't get to meet; as I said in a previous post, B was v disappointed not to have met E. Let's try again some time soon.

How is everyone?

I am knackered. Slept downstairs as planned, and slept ok, but not great. Typically, B didn't shout out for anything, and woke at 6.45 and K is still bloody well asleep!!! Why couldn't they have been like that at the weekend?????

Off to work in an hour, so better shift my arse. See you later. xx

CaptainDippy · 28/07/2008 07:52

Typical SOL

Awwww, IDOC - still feeling guilty, but glad you had a fab day Defintiely have to meet later in the summer xx Loved the pics!!

Loved the pics oooggs - all DCs looking gorgeous and growed up - agreed about the amazing house

Can't remember anything else - feeling very yuk and shaky - threw up bile (I think - sorry TMI) this moring - not good. Need to go to Drs.

oooggs · 28/07/2008 09:47

off in a bit to meet Octo - maybe she will spill later about this 'amazing' house you think can see in the photos

last night was hell with dts we are both shattered and I have been sick twice today already

IDOC - fab photos- lol at dh being a rain god!!

sol - glad dh is home

dippy I now have breakfast asap after waking so at least I have something to throw up - bile on an empty stomach is hell

eddas - heres to budding musical careers so we can retire

elkiedee · 28/07/2008 09:50

Ugh Dippy, that sounds horrible.

I'm now really regretting staying off work today, as although clinic told me Monday on the phone, letter said intial test results would take 3/4 working days (Tuesday/Wednesday). dp just phoned to tell me nothing much and I really thought it might be the call, I've told him to stick to texts/emails as I can't cope.

oooggs · 28/07/2008 09:53

elkie - I'm sorry that this is so hard

Eddas · 28/07/2008 09:59

oh elkie i hope you get some results soon. the waiting must be so hard. Are you able to keep busy, not with physical things, but maybe on here and try to keep your mind off things, just for a little while?

CD please make sure you get to the doctor some time this week. I know it's hard with your 3 in tow but you must go {{{hugs}}}

Hi IDOC

oooggs, i'd prefer dd not to be Amy Winehouse although she'd be alright without the drugs

today is gonna be looooooooong. no plans and dd been asking what we're doing since 6am [rolls eyes] i can see the next few weeks stretched out like one long endurance test

CaptainDippy · 28/07/2008 10:06

Come to Eastbourne soooooooooon Eddas

Doobydoo · 28/07/2008 10:06

Morning ALL.
Elkie I really feel for you re the waiting[hug]
Dippy ring docs please!
Raining here.M won't lie down to have nappy changed anymore, screaming and writhing.Ds1 was like it too,so need to get pull ups now, though need to use the mountain of nappies we have first
Hope today is ok for you all.xx

CaptainDippy · 28/07/2008 10:16

Hey Dooby!

Eddas · 28/07/2008 10:50

definately cd, would love to come. Perhaps we could go to the farm we went to last time? dd loved it

hi dooby

the postman's been and didn't bring my new sim card so i've phoned to check and they've sent it to my old address ffs even the simplest things are turing into a joke. woman on the phone said 'can't you just pop to an O2 shop' well yes I could but the whole point of it being sent was to avoid that she did at least credit a months line rental for them being an ar*e so that's something I am still phoneless though and now have to go and get a new sim

dd is making me chuckle this morning. we're of to the crematorium later. she keeps calling it the crematory and asking if they sell ice creams and if there's shops there

CaptainDippy · 28/07/2008 11:08

Bless DD Eddas I took my DDs to tend their great grandma's grave about a month ago and they were absolutely fastinated, bless them. It was hard though because the little hcildren's plot is right next to G-Grandma's plot and Katherine wanted to know why all the little stones had pictures of children on them She was so lovely though and kissed each stone after I had explained

Stop! I am going to blub.

Blackberry Farm it is, Eddas - let's rock the joint!!! What afternoon's good for you?

elkiedee · 28/07/2008 11:08

Good news! Initial results just phoned through - all clear. I can get excited again now about being 14 weeks today.
