I didn't click about the room thing til after tbh, I said no to him staying in the house with the student there full stop, then remembered they only have 2 rooms.

His argument was that if I met the lad I would realise how stupid it was to be worried about him . Yes Justin, all people who are a threat to children have it tattooed on their heads, how silly of me . Then he said I should trust him . What, like when I trusted you to get a stairgate to keep J safe? Or when I trusted you to use wipes that don't give him nappy rash rather than buying cheaper ones which do? Or when I trusted you to have him for the weekend then found out you were druinking during the day while you had him?

My mil has actually been very nice today.....she rang up and asked if I would like help to take all of the dc swimming in the holidays!
