HollyPutTheKettleOn · 05/06/2008 22:16

Oh jbm, you poor, poor thing. I don't know what to say. Life is so unfair sometimes. If you need anything just let us know .

justbeme · 05/06/2008 22:18

Even after 5 Foxy, its still so sad. You cant help but plan ahead. Ive MC the little baby now and we've buried it under my lilac tree. I couldnt bear to flush it down the loo. Poor little thing.
Im going to bed now too xx

HollyPutTheKettleOn · 05/06/2008 22:21

Oh jbm . All my thoughts are with you xx

foxythesnowfox · 05/06/2008 22:26

I'm so very sorry

Like Holly says, if you need anything, we're here. Try to get some rest.
xx

lackaDAISYcal · 05/06/2008 22:27

oh, jbm

I don't think you ever get used to mc, regardless of many you've had (i've had two).

If you need anything, or just need to chat, get in touch via FB. {{{{{{{hugs}}}}}} to you and your DP.

BumperliciousNeedsToSleep · 06/06/2008 00:09

Just about to go to bed but just wanted to say I'm really sorry JBM, how sad for you, and to go through it 5 times Look after yourself over the next few weeks.

Norty, big congrats to you though, what a mixed blessing of a day. You look after yourself to. Will you suffer while pg for not having your op?

Take care all. Night xxxx

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 06/06/2008 06:35

JBM - so very sorry
Do be easy on yourself. And I think the idea of burial under the lilac tree is lovely.

FrazzledFairyFay · 06/06/2008 07:54

JBM, I'm so sorry. Big hugs to you all.

LittleMissNorty · 06/06/2008 08:00

I'm so sorry JBM....look after yourself {{{hugs}}}

BumperliciousNeedsToSleep · 06/06/2008 08:23

Morning all,

Norty, JBM, how are you both feeling today?

HellHathNoFury · 06/06/2008 08:27

JBM, so, so sorry to hear your news. You sound very strong. I hope you are ok xx

Norty, big congratulations

am jealous but current work/home situation does not permit more yet!

Seansgirlthesequel · 06/06/2008 10:19

JBM, how awful for you, really sorry it is not fair know just how you feel lost one at 9 weeks too. Big hugs, hope you're in bed having lots of rest. MC is so sad, my DSIL (8 weeks) is having a MC too after her 1st IVF, it is so unfair.

Have been snowed under with 'stuff' to do at mo, mainly getting garden sorted out for DSs bday next sat , am off to rythm time and lunch with a friend i haven't seen for 4-5 years! (well, she does live up north in Clitheroe!)

Am absolutely gob smacked Norty!!! WOW! Congrats to you and DH!

Right off to beautify myself.....

BTW I love Davina! I think shes fab!!! but bloody hate BB with all those annoying nothing wannabes....

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 06/06/2008 14:19

Afternoon, anyone about?

lackaDAISYcal · 06/06/2008 16:03

me....but I've probably missed you!

fecking Sainsbury's

I've just eaten some ready meal curry from them, labelled suitable for coeliacs and found a huge lump of fried bread in it. I called the customeer care line and she didn't seem at all bothered that contamination like this could cause serious health problems for coeliacs and suggested that I take back to the store where I bought it. So, I've emailed them stating how peed off I am and have also contacted coeliac UK to see if they can do anything about it as I know they deal with the supermarkets over labelling and the directory etc.

At the very least i'm expecting a big basket of "free from" goodies from them by way of apology

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 06/06/2008 16:15

I'm still hanging around Daisy. Jamlet has crashed put on my lap and is having a 2 hour marathon snooze rather than her usual 30 minutes.

Sorry about the curry. Real pain. We had delivery from Sainsburys and some had to be replaced because vinegar bottle broke. But we got free bottle of wine

FrazzledFairyFay · 06/06/2008 16:16

Good afternoon everyone.

After his morning nap, DS toddled over to me, put his arms around my leg, his head on my knee and went 'ahhhhh' - like he does when he cuddles a soft toy or his sheepskin. I felt really touched, until..... he toddled off and did the same to the fridge - I suppose now I know where his heart really lies!

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 06/06/2008 16:17

Oh, she's waking up...

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 06/06/2008 16:17

Fairy

FrazzledFairyFay · 06/06/2008 16:18

That is seriously rubbish Daisy. I complained recently as our Sainsburys never ever had any of DS' formula on teh shlves - I emailed through the website and got a £20 voucher, so it was definitely worth it - keep at them!

FrazzledFairyFay · 06/06/2008 16:18

hello Jammy

lackaDAISYcal · 06/06/2008 16:20

I'm going to lay it on thick and see what they come up with!

seriously though, my gluten sensitivity calms down a bit when I'm pregnant so although I have no outward symptoms, I've no way of knowing what damage it's doing to my guts....but some coeliacs and DH sufferers are very sensitive and eating something like this unwittingly can have very serious health implications. I hope Sainsbury's take it seriously.

lackaDAISYcal · 06/06/2008 16:21

don't tell me fairy...was it either Hipp or Farleys? Ours is the same.

FrazzledFairyFay · 06/06/2008 16:24

It was actually Cow & Gate. They have enough space on the shelf for 4 cartons.

FrazzledFairyFay · 06/06/2008 16:28

Gotta run, DS needs an early tea and then got to go and collect DD. I'm off out tonight with some friends from down the road > and then we're off to a 40th birthday party all day tomorrow (it's 1.5 hr drive each way ) so probably "see" you all on Sunday - have good weekends.
