Good choice Eddas - we have that one.

Eddas · 29/12/2007 21:57

sol, i'd LOVE a personal trainer, that really would get rid of the weight, but until that lottery win it just aint gonna happen, lol!

Eddas · 29/12/2007 21:58

PillockOfTheCommunity · 29/12/2007 21:59

fpesha · 29/12/2007 22:08

I was just gonna do abit of CC after making sure he was fed enough, sent dp up just to stroke him in cot and calm him a little bit and he's still up there. He hates leaving him to cry, thing is on tues he'll be back to work and it'll be me left getting him to sleep every night

Think I had a bruin buggy for dd, pita that was. Love my maclaren something now. Only a basic buggy as I have my twister.

okay prob will have x posted loads as dp ust called for calpol so had to go do that. D is whimpering now but SOOO tired, hopefully will slepp soon.

Eddas · 29/12/2007 22:09

I'm off to bed as I have to visit step mother and my dad tomorrow and ought to get enough sleep to not be a moody arse as that will not help!

'oh Claire how wonderful. What a thoughtful gift'(she always goes ott, it was a pair of gloves)'so much nicer than your usual 3 for 2 gifts from boots'

and the best bit is my sister NEVER does that But guess who has done

AND our step sisters pressies all came from............ yep Boots!

AND step mother and Dads gifts all come from M&S and they do 3 for 2 what a bitch!

PillockOfTheCommunity · 29/12/2007 22:10

PillockOfTheCommunity · 29/12/2007 22:11

Morning everyone

Maveta · 30/12/2007 06:54

Morning SPB and everyone else.. quick post as dh wants the laptop and is not leaving me in peace til he gets it

SPB - N only really has little scratches in the way of injuries so far but only because he´s not really moving yet. All the signs indicate that he´ll be a little terror once he gets started.

Pesha - Hope D didn´t take too much longer to settle. We had a battle with N last night for a total of 2 hours. It was awful, we tried to leave him to cry it out and lasted about 10mins doing cc I don´t think either of us are cut out for it, we are just waaaay too soft. It´s really pathetic. He eventually fell asleep on Dh´s lap at 8.45pm but then only woke at 3am and 7am so all told a much better night in the end. So tonight we´re going for the ´let him stay up til he falls asleep where he´s standing´ (i.e. lazy parenting) approach to see if it works again.

IMBM - hope J feels better too poor lad. N has been snuffly and bunged up for ages, seems to get a bit better (so I cancel the dr´s appt) then it gets worse again. Cant remember who else said they did that but glad I´m not the only one!

ok, really getting evils from dh now so will be back on later..

StealthPolarBear · 30/12/2007 07:07

Maveta the problems we had recently I think were caused by letting T stay up until he was tired on his own, it just got later and later. Have you always had a problem getting him to sleep?

Maveta · 30/12/2007 07:12

steals a go on the ´puter

any opinions on this for me?

Forgot to say lol at that article pillock - love the idea that I could remotely be considered an alpha mummy. I have two words for that...

Beetroot. Crisps.???

My mum loved seeing him do his poos on the toilet so much she´s bought him a potty so she now does the same and pops him on it at every nappy change. It´s so funny seeing him start to ´think´ as soon as you put him on it.. They just think it´s hilarious.

Maveta · 30/12/2007 07:15

SPB - not at all! He´s always gone down like clockwork at 6.50pm after bath, naked time and a feed. It´s only since these xmas holidays that it´s started going haywire.

StealthPolarBear · 30/12/2007 07:17

have seen your other thread and posted my epic rant on there
