I think they look cute with their thumbs stuck in and so much easier than a dummy which can fall out and they can't find it.

I went for a meal with my friend last night and took Leo as would be hard for DH if he woke up as he only BFs. Have done the same before and he slept in the car seat under the table. Not last night, he was awake the whole time staring at the candles in the restaurant! Imagine it, Friday night, busy restaurant, lots of romancing couples, and me and my mate with a nealry 6 month old baby putting the world to rights and moaning about our menfolk. I did get some funny looks when I walked through the restaurant to change his bum, he blooking well did 2 pooes when we were out. Must have been the carrot...

gmm - will bring the MT to swimming on wed. loved wearing mine out today - got some compliments and folk wanting to know where i got it! thanks to pillock for letting it go! however - found it a bit hard to get tied round me - surely my girth is not so huge!!!!!!!

loving all this weaning chat! havent given C anything yet but do allow her to have a lick / taste of all our veggies/ fruit. was a bad mum and tried her with a bit of lime. not so keen on that!

did any of you read the thread about the parents who rubbed lollies / sweets in garlic before giving them to their kids to make them hate sweet things!!

Hello have ben reading all evening but not thought of much to say!!

GMM - D has 2 teeth too!! Im hoping he doesnt work out how to use them just yet though as the only thing he had to munch on is me!

And D is a finger sucker, its fab I'm sure he wouldnt slepp nearly aswell without his fingers and he looks soooo cute!

r just loves to suck her fingers whilst feeding, and kind of cram the food in. Her favourite is courgette and pea.

off to bed now, leaving dh with list of jobs to do after he has finished the kitchen. Well, I can't be mother to our children, nurture them and do housework at the same time can I?

ARGH.....

My dh is being a pita. I asked him for some help with computer stuff, the stupid idiot tells me he'll put summat on it to make things easier. I've been asking him how to fucking use it all evening...he keeps telling me "websites are made up of different pages" ( this I already knew) I keep asking how to do what I'm trying to do...and his response "erm I'm not sure, I've never used the thing I've put on your computer, you'll have to give it a go and see what happens"...me: "how do I give it a go, I don't know how to use it"....him "Well I don't know, I haven't used it before"...me: "wouldn't it be easier to use something you know how to use"...him: "Well no, this thing makes things simpler"...me: "Well how the fuck do I use it?"...him: "I don't know, type some stuff and see what happens"...me: "that's not what I want"...him: "yeah, I don't understand how it works"...me: "can't we just use something you do know about?"....him: "No cos this thing makes it easier"...me: "IT AIN'T MAKING IT FUCKING EASY, IT'S MAKING ME PISSED OFF AND WANTING TO GIVE UP, SO FUCK OFF TO BED COS YOU CLEARLY AREN'T GONNA BE ANY HELP"
