SOL - KHIN told me how she sometimes feed the twins by putting their bottle on a cuhion/towel and lets them feed themselves so I do that during the daytime feeds (obviously keep an eye on her while she's doing it) but she seems to take the milk better like that .

C has been on baby rice for a couple of weeks now. Am intending on dong BLW, but am finding that he is soooo hungry at the moment so thought I would try him on it - haveto say he absolutely loves it!!! Usually has a bowl once or twice a day, we hav 4 or 5 different flavours, a couple of savoury and a couple of sweet... he screams when it is finished

I'm still bf'ing, but he gets a ff before bed, the night before last h took 15oz

I gave Leo his first taste of food this week! On Tuesday I gave him some baby rice and he grumbled all night, making a grr, grrrr, gr, grrr noise all night so I think he found it a bit hard to digest. The next night I gave him pear and he was repulsed. Success the following night with carrot and tonight with parsnip

He is a constant thumb sucker so I have to prise his thumb out, give him the food and he then sticks his thumb back in and sucks it down. VERY messy

He is now officially over the chicken pox but does have a cold

GMM, have you thought about using more environmentally friendly disposables? Mother Nature do them you can get them in Saisburys, and Asda now do their own brand version. They are no more expensive than Pampers.
