Evening all.

I'm back and thanks to ellie's round-ups pretty much up to speed.

First of all thanks to all for lovely emails and links to your cute children. I might get round to updating my profile or sending out a mail soon with some up to date pics of George.

Ange my husband has had tennis and cricket on tv at my parents, grand prix on radio whilst driving back to Leeds from Newcastle and is now flicking between golf and 2 football games. It's a good job I never fancy watching tv! He will watch anything to do with sport.

My night out (that was a night in) went well. George slept and fed well for Dh and ILs so i could relax and enjoy some time with friends. We had food and drinks with my friend Lauren's mam and aunty (Lauren is my friend who died 5 days before I had G). There were about 8 of us,everyone brought photos/stuff we'd dug up from our youth to share and show everyone. i was worried that it'd be really sad and depressing but although there were a few tears it was actually really nice and we laughed a lot. Even watched a video of Law's 15th birthday party (cringe at 1991 fashion/hairdos/boyfs).her mam also had diarys from ages 16-19. we were very BAD girls

George saw all 3 of his great grandparents today. But as a result of all the visiting and driving i am shattered.

Pinions very of your weight loss and general activity. Must try to get out for runs this week. Doing Race for Life on 15th July. It'd be nice to get together with you and Nutty soon.

AngeG · 17/06/2007 21:29

Lucky you Ellie

How is Joe now?

Pinions · 17/06/2007 21:30

Hi Lesley.....yes will deffo be in touch soon.

Just as long as this bloody crap weather picks up a bit, fgs its the middle of june!

AngeG · 17/06/2007 21:31

Glad it's not just my DH Lesley. Dh went upstairs ages ok and has left football on, with remotes out of my reach...cos Izzy's asleep on my lap. Came down and asked me who scored the goal...WTF how should I know

EllieK · 17/06/2007 21:34

still feeding

had fun with him today, we went to my dads and watched the Grand Prix (i grew up with just dad so do blokey things like that!) Joe was really smiley and lovely with my dad, dad doesn't like babies much so it was great to see him enjoying Joe. they watched the race, joe getting excited and making noises at the tv, dad grinning at him and chatting away to him

Matthew called,
"i'm on holiday mummy"
brief garbled chat
"you can talk to daddy now mummy cos i'm bored of you"

love you too son

Hi ya lovies, good to see so many online this evening.

Don't talk to me about sport. Dh is obsessed with the sodding cricket. BORING! Is it ever going to end?

All fine here. It was lovely to see B again, and so far she has been on good form. Sadly K has been the pita today. Really grizzly. She was great yesterday, so can't complain, but it is so wearing.

CD, hope you are feeling ok. I think you said you were feeling a bit panicy about your dh going back to work. Hugs to you.

Ellie, hope Joe has calmed down now.

Completely forgotten everything else as am knackered , so apologies.

Hope everyone is ok, and that you all have good evenings/nights.

See you tomorrow. xx

EllieK · 17/06/2007 21:35

Walls painted - back again!

Hello!

WestCountryLass · 17/06/2007 21:38

I don't think E will object to curry milk Octo Leo has it fairly regularly!

It is so easy to buy a load of stuff you don't really need at Ikea, i've done it a few times.

LesleyR · 17/06/2007 21:38

Paul has just commented to me about Spanish football league on way to kitchen. Do I look interested? NO! Does that ever stop him telling me random sporting facts? NO!

Ellie saw you and Matthew in PP too. Bugger just realised have left mag at ILs. Haven't read it yet! It's a lovely photo.

octo · 17/06/2007 21:38

Sexonknackeredlegs · 17/06/2007 21:39
