Pinions - yes lots of psycho, but very cute, sleep laughing here!

D just guzzled the 3 oz EBM and is now guzzling it from source so obviously was pretty hungry. And he didnt dribble half of it down his chin which is definite improvement on last time he had a bottle.

CD - loved your dress

AngeG · 17/06/2007 22:17

Night Night Maveta

nuttygirl · 17/06/2007 22:17

Oh yeah dippy, meant to say how lovely the dress looked on you.

Well I cleaned up the poo and DH's doing the rest of the change. Much quicker to do it myself! DH gets poo everywhere

EllieK · 17/06/2007 22:17

kiss hits Ellie's cheek

i think i can cope with the odd peck on the cheek Maveta

Oh and while I remember..............the 500 extra cals per day when bf ONLY applies when you are more or less "perfect" weight to start off with. So don't feel guilty if you are cutting back if a few pounds heavier than u should be, apparently the lack of fat in your diet is provided by your stored body fat.

I was thinking of joining the march thread on weight loss but decided a bad idea!

nuttygirl · 17/06/2007 22:19

Pinions - Erin smiles/grins when she's asleep if she still has a bit of wind. She tends to babble a bit when we first go to bed. She's currently having a screaming fit cos DH's dressing her

nuttygirl · 17/06/2007 22:20

PMSL - Ange I read your post as she'd be grinning etc if she had HIS tit in her mouth

AngeG · 17/06/2007 22:20

Sorry TMI

Think I better go to bed

AngeG · 17/06/2007 22:21

PMSL - Nutty

Pinions · 17/06/2007 22:24

Ange its sexual deprivation on their behalf that does it (sorry for the assumption x).

I get it all the time, a comment here...a slap on the bum there.

NOT interested love.

nuttygirl · 17/06/2007 22:25

sexual deprivation

AngeG · 17/06/2007 22:25

So true Pinions...on all accounts.

EllieK · 17/06/2007 22:26

LOL my Dh can't wait until Tuesday when I get my contraceptive implant fitted.

The GP said to me last week "I can only fit it if you're sure you couldn't be pregnant"
There was a long pause while I tried to think of a polite way to say I've been telling him to sod off since G was born.

Pinions · 17/06/2007 22:29

Good to hear am not the only one then!

Off to bed now to prepare myself for another exhilarating day with a less than interesting 2 and a half month old.

daisyboo · 17/06/2007 22:31

LOL at your thread title ladies.....

....you cannot be serious

How's it all going? Your LOs must be coming along really nicely now.

I'm now at the stage (day 12/13) where the sleep deprivation has caught up with me big time and the nipples are starting to heal, although my DD can be a little bit lazy when it comes to latching on.

LesleyR · 17/06/2007 22:31

Goodnight Pinions.

I'm off to bed too. Milk monster will be awake soon and even Dh has given up on the golf and retired for the night.

Goodnight all.

AngeG · 17/06/2007 22:32

Night Pinions and Lesley...I'm off to bed now too xx

EllieK · 17/06/2007 22:33

Anyone know if I can take Piriton as well as a homeopathic hayfever remedy? Each works for a couple of hours after each tablet but it's not long enough...and my sneezes scare Erin.

EllieK · 17/06/2007 22:36

Wow there's been a sudden rush of posts! I've got some catching up on photos - my own and other people's - to do. I'd love to unpack the digital camera and work out how to use it for the end of the week - Brighton on Friday, my stepmum's house in Surrey on Saturday, and it's a while since I've seen her. Then my sister's wedding two weeks next Friday, combined with visiting Ilkley and meeting nuttygirl in Leeds over the weekend, and two weeks later back up for a crime fiction festival in Harrogate and possibly a school reunion in central Leeds - a change of plan from the crime festival but I've looked at the programme and I'm really NOT concerned about missing Frederick Forsyth (this is an annual event and previous Saturday night speakers have been of much more interest to me). So, lots of things where I'd like to be able to take pics if I feel like it.

nuttygirl · 17/06/2007 22:37

Maybe I'll just take them, should be alright.
