SOKL - I would second that totally, as for having to get out with ds/dd1.

Maveta it is boring but once they start to "open up" its a whole different ball game, ie much more interesting!

Maveta I am utterly shocked!! Whaddaya mean BORING? Don't you find every aspect of your baby endlessly fascinating?? Couln't you talk for hours on the contents of his nappies??

EM - you poor thing with the hip pain. I've been given cocodamol (paracetamol with codeine in) and they're bloody useless. I was more p'd off tho cos the doc refused to believe I might have injured my coccyx during birth and said it was probably caused by having constipation, then gave me painkillers that have constipation as a side effect yeah cos that's gonna help .

Maveta - it is a bit boring isn't it? Although as Erin gets older I can see her becoming more alert. She did a proper smile yesterday and today which was lovely!

SOKL - glad to hear K was more settled today.

Pesha - glad to see you back. Hope you're feeling better. Sorry I just missed you last night .

also, I find I only get 1.5 oz from my left, but nearer 3oz from my right!

i guess it probably takes me about 10 mins on each side to get the 4 or 5 oz i need, and i seem pretty muuch empty then

Pinions at 10lb 12....got my legs crossed at the thought of it! Don't worry I'm not taking the cocodamol, took some last night and it was useless. (kinda makes me a bit dizzy too).

Maveta - 3 year old stops me from getting bored but when he is at pre school I have been decorating

last night bathed all three and all in bed and fed by 7.30pm. Dt's then woke at 9.30pm for a feed, then 1.30am, 4.30am and 8am so I am starting to feel human again.

Same this evening so far. DS1 has been pushing his luck - He says 'I want daddy' I reply 'so do I!!!'

Pinions you must go to the ball! Can the fairy godmother step in on the bf front??

Had an okish evening. Bathed K and fed her at 6.30, but she refused to go to sleep so had to sort B out, stories etc. with a rather unsettled K in my arms. Tried to put her down so I could eat, and managed 5 minutes and then spent until 9.00 with her on my lap sucking frantically on a dummy.
Gave in at 9.00 with another bottle, and we had the usual crying and arching business. Put her down with the dummy, but she kept spitting it out. In the end at about 10.30, she finally dropped off. I slept like a log and only woke at 5.30 to give her another bottle! Shame B came in at 6.30. She has not stopped sodding talking and it is doing my head in!

So, cannot complain, but still hating this crying at feeding and arching - strange thing is tho that it is always the bottle at 9.00 ish that we have this problem.

How is everyone else?

Need to go and grab a shower before K wakes up.
