I dont BF though so suppose thats very un AP but then thats mainly due to the ADs I am on.

I have read that website through twice now, and sorry to say I dont get it. It just seems unclear and seems to be talking in circles about what AP is.
Its almost like AP is as AP does. Does that make sense?
Anyway...if it works for you then fab, I just dont understand the concept.

The only bummer is Ellie far to noisy not to be noticed!!!! She hasnt even got her phone turned on (left mine on all the time midwife said as long as we were subtle and had them on silent/vibrate they didnt mind!!!) as text I sent her hasnt been delivered. Am verge of imposting as a family member and phoning except I know how damn busy midwives are on the unit

oh stayed at home yesterday for moral support and DS was an angel but he's back to being a bit of a windy grump today! Mind you DD at nursery so can't complain as have just been watching daytime telly all day!
