Like a lovely, plump, fertilised one

ps. are you off to buy a compost bin so you can grow worms to eat when no one talks to you?!
!

Lizzzombie · 11/04/2007 22:17

nobody likes me,
everybody hates me,
i guess i m gonna eat some worms?
short fat slimey ones,
long thin curly ones,
see how they wiggle and squirm

So bite off their heads
and bite off their tails
and throw their skins away
how on earth can anybody live on
a thousand worms a day?

Nobody likes me, everybody hates me,
Guess I?ll go eat worms,
Long, thin, slimy ones; Short, fat, juicy ones,
Itsy, bitsy, fuzzy wuzzy worms.

Down goes the first one, down goes the second one,
Oh how they wiggle and squirm.
Up comes the first one, up comes the second one,
Oh how they wiggle and squirm.

theUrbanDryad · 11/04/2007 22:17

Lizzz - i've added you and you've buggered off to feed your baby. how very dare you!

i've bought my compost bin. now i'm going to sulk and eat worms.

Lizzzombie · 11/04/2007 22:18

yeah, erm, really must go now...baby needs feeding and all that....step away from the computer Lizz...you FREAK!

annieapple7 · 11/04/2007 22:38

Becks, my baby is the same as yours, was feeling smug at about 6 weeks when she would go 6/7 hours, mow at 11 weeks she can barely go 4 hours in the night, sometimes only 3! Argh! And that is since introducing bottles, she was better bfing - damn it! Feel like we are going backwards.

Trying Hungrier Baby Aptamil tonight - fingers crossed.

Thanks for your post Rgee, hope my sis picks up soon - appetite loss never been an issue for me.

Off to do dream feed, sweet dreams everyone.

katwith3kittens · 11/04/2007 23:20

Oh yes, we've got dribbles, bubbles, wet tops, fists in mouths and needing cuddles or feeding constantly - but I dont really mind too much.

Went to the rugby on Sunday and left LO alone for 4 hours during the day with his auntie, but he would not take a bottle ( he had previously taken 3 bottles of EBM before) luckily I'm not having to return to work, but for those who are and are still BF it might be something to think about .....

Thought I was the only mothercare snob but relieved to hear others dont really rate it either. Well actually, the last time I was in I saw that Geordie woman who was on the Jeremy Kyle show recently who had about 15 kids, mum and dad never worked and relied on the state to support her in her 7 bed home, I judged from that it was not my kind of place to shop. Shame really as I've got some vouchers which I've not used yet. Think I'll have to sneak in under the cover of darkness to buy some toys in the future.

And yes she did look haggard !

laughalot · 12/04/2007 08:32

Morning all looks like another nice day might do the lawns today. Well little lauren slept well 8 till 3 then 3 till 7, not bad to say she is ill bless her. Had my dear mil round last night so that was thrilling.

Ud love ashton and parsons used them loads with ds even if they are crying and you are struggling to get them to settle which my ds did alot I found that they worked a treat.

Sorry to those who are feeling a little down at the moment we are all struggling in different ways at times new mums find it a challenge as its all new and mums with lo already feel like its a challange to multi task everyday I personally have passed that feeling guilty stage that my ds is being left out I just try and make time when dd is asleep I think he now realises she is here to stay however he still torments her and often he is giving her a cheeky smack. I am trying to make the most of it as this is my last child .

With regards to the cloathes thing I was fine with ds as I just packed them away ready for the next baby and I was convinced it would be another boy as my bil has 3 boys however along came lauren so she wasnt keen on the idea of a thomas tank outfit luckily my sil and bil had another boy so I passed all my bits to them but with lauren I am finding it hard to let go as I have no one to pass my bits to.

BF went in for induction at 6.30 this morning to be told they are to busy and call back tomorrow at 5.30 she'll be 2 weeks overdue on monday and they cant book induction for then as they are fully booked, it is such a crappy system so they'll discuss her options tomorrow morning on the phone

Hello there.
Lizz - loved your worm song
Annie - did the hungry baby milk work? We've now had seven nights on the trot going from 7pm-7am [smug mother emoticon]. I feel like a new woman [runs up the hills throwing her clothes off and singing tunelessly at the top of her voice]
PCF - glad you'll be in tonight (Wilkie - mines an absynth tonight please. Drinking games anyone?). You can spend all evening inviting me on to the thread. Even if PC is working, I think I'll sign out at random intervals to keep you on your toes. Haha!!
EAH - who is Mr Tumble?

Wilkie · 12/04/2007 17:10

Enough chatting PCF and EAH!!!!! Save it for MSN

Well I have had a lovely day...not done an awful lot, went to clinic, J weighs 13lb 9oz at 13 weeks. Bless him - little chubber.

Have uploaded a new photo of J sat in his Bumbo seat today - looks such a big boy and Can't believe how fast he's growing up!!!!!

Anyone elses periods a bit odd? I had a proper period about 10 days ago no probs. Then have had some brown goo (sorry if TMI) the past two days. How odd????

Think the cat had p*ssed on my bedroom carpet today There was a big wet patch on the bedroom carpet that smelt a bit odd (oooo the Wilkie household sounds delightful) and only the cat had been in there all morning. I daren't tell DH cos he will want to get rid of her.

Also, was walking to the clinic this morning and walked past a garden where there was a gorgeous little boy playing hanging over the fence and waving. He looked about 8. He waved as I approached and I smiled and waved back. As I drew level with him he shouted 'Fuck off' at me. How simply lovely. I bet him mum and dad are SO proud

RGee · 12/04/2007 17:15

Wilkie - you sure DH didn't piss on the carpet so he could blamne it on the cat in an attempt to get rid of it?
Nice child by the way.

Wilkie · 12/04/2007 17:16

could be man juice?????

laughalot · 12/04/2007 17:22

Is anyones msn broke what is it with my wank computer

laughalot · 12/04/2007 17:23

Wilks

laughalot · 12/04/2007 17:24

Rgee there is a horse running at kelso on sunday called lucky nellory [spelling], have a couple of quid each way .

theUrbanDryad · 12/04/2007 17:25

wilkie, sorry but i'm laughing at the small child shouting "fuck off".

i'm going to be a bad bad mother

we have friends over for dinner tonight, so probably won't be on MSN till later when everyone else has gone (as per feckin usual, you bunch of lightweights)

RGee · 12/04/2007 17:28

Wilkie - I'll be asking EAH and get the reins out
Laughalot - cheers for the hot tip. My computer is not signing into hotmail and MSN was bu**ered for me last night. Wank computers indeed. When I was your age we had chalk and boards. Don't understand this modern day technology.

Lizzzombie · 12/04/2007 17:28

EAH your poor BF. 2 weeks overdue is not nice, she must be climbing the walls.
Rgee - absinthe?! wtf?! you're not BFing are you?!!! that stuff is pure evil, one snifter and I'm on the floor, much like tequila. ugh. the devils drink. or is that cider? instant puke. much like my LO today...wonder if he is secretly binge drinking, that is why I am constantly covered in puke.
couldnt get on msn last night, DP was working till late.
please can everyone keep their fingers crossed re me moving house. its all going through very easily and I am terrified something is going to go wrong. we've found the perfect place.
LTH - watch out, its in Eastbourne!

RGee · 12/04/2007 17:35

Just added some more photos....
