btw - wilkie - you know I'm gonna have to look up Attachement Parenting now. I have NO idea what that means.
I am going to be a bad mother.

  • Baby Led Weaning
  • Attachement Parenting
what else am I supposed to know about that I dont? this is worrying!
LadyTophamHatt · 12/04/2007 17:49

my MSN seems to be f*cked. I can't sign in after I installed the latset version the other night.

Don@t all bitch about me, will ya??

George still has diaorreah(sp?), it's been almost a week now. I phoned the doctor yesterday and he's given up some doirolyte incase he's de-hydrated but he's still drinking his milk ok. Hasn't been sick at all so I don't know whats going on....
If it wasn't for the the horrible poos you'd never know there was anything wrong, he's happy and smiley, sleeping ok, everything is just normal except his nappies.

GP said to stop all milk for 24 hours and just give the diorlyte instead......WTF! he's 12 weeks old, how on earth do i get him to drink it when he loves his milk so much??

Lizzzombie · 12/04/2007 17:59

more things I've not heard of before:

  • co sleeping
  • high need babies
  • baby wearing

still cant find anything on attachment parenting. found this site quite interesting though: radio mom has anyone else seen this?

if I had to do a test on being a mum so far I think I'd fail!

LTH uninstall and come back wilkie was very well behaved last night only had to yank her on the reins once!!(hope georges poo better soon hattie is the opposite and now only poos once every 3 days but boy its a good one when she goes )

Rgee love the pic with glasses and tongue poking out

PCF about ironing, I did all mine last night but have another pile to do from copious amounts of washing done today.

Lizz-fingers crossed re house moves some do go simply (I remember from my mtg days at the bank) it either goes like clockwork or goes tits up (normally one stupid person cocks it up for everyone) Did you like the cartoon saw it onaothe rthread and emailed it to wilkie she said she'd emailed it to you tiss rather amusing isnt it!

Ud I am normally msn'ing between 7 and 10 but then its dreamfeed time and bed for me (especially as Hattie woke up at 5 got her settled again by 6 thought I'd get at least 30-45mins till ellie was up but no 6.02 she trots in demanding a drink and a story and dh had woken me at 4.30 when he was getting ready for work grrr)

Wilkie - me and lou were waiting at the gate but June said you'd gone in a huff, so can't I have J for the night now (and I was going to get him to sleep through )he he

ellieandhattie · 12/04/2007 18:12

I had to come out of msn completley and then reconnect and now its working (i think)

Also its my birthday on tuesday (yippee still get v.excited about bdays) and dh going out to get my pressie on sat (taking hattie but leaving ellie with me as her and shopping is not the best combination unless it is for her!) but I have no ideas whatsoever what I want, we only do small ish present maximum £40 but I can't think of any cd's/dvds/books that I want will get money/vouchers from everyone else so really want soem pressies to open. So any ideas that I can pass on??

Lizzzombie · 12/04/2007 18:55

New handbags always go down a treat with me! or shoes! Accessorize have some nice ones in. Next have a huge range of summer shoes which are really reasonable too.
Monsoon have a new jewellery range which is lovely.
Boots sanctuary range is lush and always makes me smell nice.
Habitat have some modern picture frames which you could fill with all your photos..actually Next have some nice ones too.
The new Mika cd is wonderful.
And finally a subscription to a magazine is always nice.
See. Shopping I can do. Obscure parenting techniques I have no idea about! x
