Hi Girls

Hurrah more pics! Kbaby - fab of both of them, they both look so absorbed with what they are doing, your DD?s pics always make me chuckle, she looks so mischievous. Impy - what a LOVELY set of pics of Ryan playing with his daddy, they look so professional! Bloss - Tobe?s looking as gorgeous as always, the big blue-eyed heartbreaker!

Lysettes, glad you have sorted things out a bit now with DH

HC - hope things are better with DD1 today. And a big eeeeeeeew re MIL and her insisting on being kissed on the lips she really does sound like a nightmare.

Us - blimey what a crap week Hope you managed to get out tonight (and it?s not at all selfish of you btw to feel annoyed at being so tired). So glad the paed appt went well though, less to worry about if they are happy with his progress. Emma?s paed appt has come through but it?s not till mid-April, she?ll have grown up and got a job by then!

Pretty mum - GOOD LUCK for Wednesday!!

Annie - lol at all your posts from behind your desk (or is it your lab bench ) I want your job!! (I?m sure you don?t skive though, it?s just that you are VERY good at multi-tasking )

Kayzed - hope the night with the girls was fun, you deserve one!

Wallace - lol, liking the dummy dangling idea

Emma?s eating a bit better now, has developed a taste for Hipp Organic jars (hates Cow and Gate, they taste a bit minging to me as well). Though she did have home-made cod and mash yesterday and loved it, much to my surprise, it was the first time she had had fish.

Have good nights all xxx

Kbaby - gorg picture! Your two look like they get on really well - so sweet (or you just caught them at a good moment? ) And Bloss, Toby is huge! He looks so grown up - it's freaky how fast it's all going, isn't it? And I know what you mean about the flipping thing - I'm constantly battling with Ryan to dress him now as he does the same thing. One of the last to roll but is now making up for lost time...

Thanks for pix compliments all. (esp yours FirstForty - I'd love to be a prof photographer - it's a passion of mine) Kbaby - Ryan's always getting comments about his mental hair! The nursery peeps say that when he gets cross, his normally vertical hair sticks flat down on his head.... so they use it as an early-warning-bad-mood signal!

Is anyone else still b-feeding? I'm kind of hoping Ry will self-wean after a year or so but we'll see. It's all good but totally zaps my libido... feel v sorry for poor DP! But even if I stopped b-feeding I'm sure I'd be too cream-crackered to become a sex goddess anyway....

Happy Spring everyone! Hope the weather's good for you all. V sunny here...

Hugs, Impy

Morning ladies

Have found a small ball bearing size lump down below on my inner lip IYSWIM. I can get hold of it and it is solid and moves about so goodness knows what it is. As the skin down there is so thin it sticks out. Don't know if to monitor it for a couple of weeks to see if it goes. As I am so run down at the mo I have stys and spots appearing all over. Might have to see a Dr if I can't shift this feeling of anxiety so may go anyway. Oh, what to do???? Have just had another prod and tried to squeeze it so keep making it sore. Have just had smear test results back which were normal.

Better go as only came up to use the loo.

Will catch up later.

HC - could be something like a blocked salivary gland maybe? Very probably nothing to worry about but worth a trip to the doc's if it's bothering you just to be sure

FirstAtForty · 25/03/2007 13:50

oh HC I've just read your post properly - unlikely to be a salivary gland then !!

I had a blood blister there when I was pg which was similarly lumpy, it disappeared during labour Could also be a blocked skin gland of some sort I guess.

MaeWest · 25/03/2007 14:03

Hey ImpyChica, good to hear from you, love the pics of your boy . I'm still bf, currently the only way my boy will go to sleep at the mo (apart from long walks in the buggy). I don't think it's the bf suppressing my libido, mainly the extreme knackeredness. Sure my saggy feeding bras aren't exactly alluring either .

kz - we'll still call you kz tho...

OP posts:
FirstAtForty · 25/03/2007 14:10

I'm still bf too Impy, don't have much choice at the mo due to the whole formula making her ill thing. In some ways it's great but I do get a bit fed up with it at times, I also get worried about supply (lack of). Libido - what libido!

Kayzed - not v suitable really as your cheeks don't look at all chunky (and neither does the rest of you!) Or is it a cunning disguise

Ceebee74 · 25/03/2007 14:30

Will catch up with all your posts later - just wanted to post these yummy photos of Josh enjoying philly on toast (he does eat without puking - yeah!! )

here

and here

Wallace · 25/03/2007 20:40

chunkychops - good name! makes me think of that photo of Roshi in the nuddie when you were in Oz

Impy - yeah still bf. Fed ds1 to 14 months and dd til she was almost 2. I know exactly what you mean about libido...

HC - some sort of cyst? Try not to worry xxx

ceebee - lovely photos, he is gorgeous!

Glad you had such a nice day. We had a lovely day too - just been uploading photos to show you guys . The weather was so beautiful so we went for a walk beside a nearby Loch.

Look at that scenery (and ds1 and dd!)
Leo on the beach (very different beach to kbaby's and ImpyChica's, but a beach nonetheless!)

Leo is still not 100% but a lot better, thanks. He still had a fever in the night, and projectile vomited all over the bed (my side) But fever seems to be gone today but he is still grumpy, and very clingy.

IamBlossom · 25/03/2007 21:05

Ceebee - he is totally gorgeous. What a babe.

KBaby - I love your photo too, what beautiful hair your DD has, they look so happy playing together.

Mae - sorry to hear the sleeping isn't any better, big hugs to you hon.

Hey Impy! Great to hear from you. I stopped BF at 10 weeks, hold my hand right up and say I'd had enough by then, hated the bras, hated the wet clothes every morning, and Toby was never full. Ever. As you say, he is a big boy, about 24 pounds now, and is a hungry one. I do take my hat off to you all that are still going though.

Dh had a huge cook fest of Annabel Karmel food yesterday - Toby point blank refuses all jars now, and I can't say I blame him, they are all a bit gross. Dh made cheesy cod, cheesy cauliflower and chicken, bolognese sauce, and braised beef and sweet potatoe and Toby has nailed all of them so far.

We are all completely knackered here though - I decided that Toby's 4.30/5am milk was just a habit I have allowed him to get into, and so Saturday morning was the first time I refused to give it. Resulting in the last two mornings of being awake from 4.30am as he complained vociferously. needless to say, having agreed to it the night before Dh was less than supportive, but I am determined to stick to it, let's see how tomorrow morning is. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.........went to bed at 8.30 last night and was so sound asleep at 9.30 I didn't hear DS1 calling to have a wee, and he peed on the floor standing at his stairgate. Unbelievable I didn't hear him, I can ALWAYS hear him, I must have been unconcious not asleep.....

Sorry Leo is poorly Wallace. Congrats on your fame!

KZ - you will always be KZ to me. Sorry, I know this is dull, but I get REALLY confused when people keep changing their names, and really struggle to connect the posts with the history. I don't think I will with yours, but I do get a bit stumped sometimes

HC - don't worry I get those, tempting to try and bite them off...trust me that is a bad idea, it fricking hurts! Leave it, it will go away. Sorry you are feeling run down hon.

Hi First. Hi Annie. Hi TwinkyEgg. Hi Lysettes. Hi PrettyMum. Hi Pavlov. Hope I haven't missed anyone current...probably have, please bear in mind this does not mean I hate you.

Night night girls and babies.

Bloss

IamBlossom · 25/03/2007 21:09

Wallace, STUNNING photos, lovely.

madness · 25/03/2007 21:11

Hi Girls

Hi Madness, sorry to hear you?ve been having such trouble with childcare, hope it gets sorted soon

Ceebee - what a beautiful boy! (and so nice that he?s concentrating on mummy and dinner and not the footie )

KZ/CC - so glad you had a good night out, hope you didn?t resist the whisky as well as the cigars! Still don?t believe your chops are chunky? well certainly not compared to the industrial chunkitude that are my thighs anyway

Wallace - so at the lochside pics, must get up to Scotland soon. My folks are all 100% Scot, I?ve never lived there properly but really hanker for it sometimes. Fab pic of Leo, bless him, he looks like he?s really having a laugh

Bloss - you?ll have to set your DH up in business making baby food, sounds yummy - can he send us a food parcel !

HC - please clear this up, which erm, end is the lump, up or down? I (and possibly Bloss) is confused. I thought I had it sussed but I?m not sure now

We had a nice walk out in the country today, weather not sunny but quite pleasant. Emma looked thoroughly unimpressed by the whole experience - the ?outdoors? makes her squint, it?s too bright Give her a nice shopping centre any day. Will have to research baby sunglasses.

Nighty night all xxx
