Ah beaut she is lovely!

Nothing to report here, there's no room for me so I have to phone back later...

1frenchfoodie · 28/03/2016 11:06

beaut, gorgeous. In awe of those with lots of other children to look after in addition to new arrival. Baby plus puppy (13wks) plenty enough here!

QforCucumber · 28/03/2016 11:19

beaut all that hair is amazing!.

Eagerly awaiting updates on the 3 babies which should be on their way and wiling yours to stay put for the day indom

Dp and I have both woken up with horrible colds today so we've decided not to get dressed and have ourselves a lazy one. All still in bed at the minute.

QforCucumber · 28/03/2016 11:21

Oh magpie I had that, ended up not going in untill 7:30pm waters broke at 10am the next day! I spent that entire day gutting the house and washing clothes etc.

Purpleprickles · 28/03/2016 11:33

MrsE and Beaut lovely photos!

Maybe and Suz very jealous of your 6 hours! Not a great night here last night but dh took the brunt of it. E was unsettled between 12-3am but he thinks she had tummy ache. Ds woke at 12 claiming he couldn't sleep so I ended up in the spare bed with him until I swapped with dh about 5am. Lots of bags under the eyes for all of us today!

Magpie good luck!

TriJo · 28/03/2016 11:50

Conor Joseph born at 8:58am @ 41+1 :)

BeautifulLiar · 28/03/2016 14:09

Aww thank you! Q she's like a little hairy gorilla, I love it though, took me 4 attempts but I finally had a hairy baby! Hope you feel better soon.

TriJo congratulations!! Can't wait to see pics of little Connor :)

french goodness I would struggle with a puppy! You're doing well!

DH goes to London for a week tomorrow and it's the Easter holidays, so wish me luck! Nah I'm sort of looking forward to it actually Confused

1frenchfoodie · 28/03/2016 14:10

beaut rory is a hairy little monkey too - can't believe how much he has on his back and shoulders haha!

Crispylicious · 28/03/2016 14:49

Congrats Tri!!

Baby Rory (good name q ;) ) was born at 3.19 this morning. It was a bit traumatic as it was really busy and I couldn't have the pain relief I wanted, but we avoided the drip! Ventouse and episiotomy again. I'm very in love 😍

Crispylicious · 28/03/2016 14:50

Pic!

IndomitabIe · 28/03/2016 14:52

Congratulations Crispy!

Love Rory as a name too! If this one was a girl I'd have called her Aurora, with nn Rory. (There's still a tiny chance, I suppose!)

IndomitabIe · 28/03/2016 14:52

Oh, he is cute!

TriJo · 28/03/2016 15:09

Ball of cuteness :)

Flowerscongratulations crispy and tri

Are there only 2 babies left to turn up now?

magpiedreams · 28/03/2016 15:14

We can still race indom! Nothing happening here anytime soon - they just told me they won't take me in now today. I have to start phoning them again in the morning when they might have space. I know it's because they're very busy etc etc but it's really upset and thrown me. DPs are here to babysit, DH keeps trying to be nice and suggesting banal things like 'let's go for another walk to help things progress' and generally irritating me.

Anyway, enough of my whining. Huge congrats to trijo and crispy! Well done both, lovely names and cute pic crispy

IndomitabIe · 28/03/2016 15:16

How frustrating, magpie. How far over are you now? I'm seeing the midwife tomorrow, to be booked for induction probably next Monday.

magpiedreams · 28/03/2016 15:22

I'm only 40w exactly today, but have some risk to the baby to do with a blood-group type problem and also had an unplanned home-birth last time after a VERY brief labour so on balance the safest thing was deemed to induce me as soon as I was 40w. Not that that plan seems to matter to anyone else now Hmm. I will be very angry if this baby pops out quickly and unwell at home after the delay. BUT I know really it's not anyone's fault... Dreading the same tomorrow, phoning and phoning. How's your DS birthday celebrations?

BeautifulLiar · 28/03/2016 15:32

Oh crispy and tri they're gorgeous!!

Q I love the downy hair on their bodies! Nancy's got rather hairy ears too!

magpie that's so disappointing. Hopefully tomorrow there'll be some space Cake

marmiteandcheeseplease · 28/03/2016 16:14

Congrats crispy and trijo! Love the pictures - very cute. Hope baby stays put until tomorrow indom!

Sounds stressful magpie. Fingers crossed they have space for you tomorrow.

In awe of those of you getting stretches of six hours! E generally goes 2-3 hours, no more no less. But I find that quite manageable so hopefully it won't get worse. DD1 was the same until about 7 weeks old and then started waking every 1-2 hours and stayed that way for a long time. Really hope this time I have a better sleeper!
