Cinnamon I'm glad ds3 is feeling better I hope you got some sleep.

Dd is feeling better but I can't be bothered with anything I just everything over with.

A couple of weeks and it will be all sorted monkeybabies you'll be all set up in your new home. We moved into a new build as well and yes a few minor teething problems but nothing major - things like gas and electric have to be done to certain standards by people with certain qualifications so that's less of a thing to worry about. It is nice having everything brand new

DD has slept ok although restless st times o feel like I've spent half the night shushing her, and she didn't read the memo that Sunday = lie in! She's onto her second boob now and if she won't settle hopefully DH will take her down for breakfast and I'll get back in bed!

I hope dd went back to sleep or your dh gave her breakfast so you could rest.

Dp is having a long lie ds had been up since 4 dd never went to sleep in her cot until 2- I'm so tired and unwell I just want to be in bed.

Monkeybabies I would cheekily suggest taking both children into the bedroom and letting them jump on and poke your DP while he has his 'long lie' and see how he likes it and if he thinks it is particularly restful!
Yes DH did take DD downstairs for an hour which was nice. Although I could hear her shouting at the cat! She loves the cat. Unfortunately the feeling is not mutual

Aww it's cute at this stage it's when they start moving and chasing them it gets interesting you'll become a referee, I'm glad you got some rest.

Dp got up at 10 and went to work he will be back around 6. I did debate sending ds in to Dp but I can't be bothered with him being in a mood right now it.

Brrr it's a bit chilly doing a night feed, dd has just gone back into her crib so I hope she has another few hours sleep.

We had a busy day yesterday my brother is fitting a new kitchen for us so I walked his dog in the morning which dd thought was hilarious she kept laughing at it and also trying to grab it. Did the supermarket shopping, went to a baby group and we made Christmas cards then came home and cleaned the new kitchen units and started filling them.
Today is a bit quieter we only have baby massage planned.

Yesterday was a better day I'm sill not sleeping it's getting to me a lot, we've got so much to do today I want to hide away but I'm trying go remember yesterday was okish so today might be,

Ds3 is really loving our dogs at the moment wineandchoccy, it's lovely to see. It's still not getting cold here but Friday night its supposed to freeze!

Oh yes, just weather! Was really windy and sleeting and I had to go out in it!

The weather has been rubbish this week, we have had awful rain then today it has been very cold with snow. I took Eleanor out in the pram this morning but this afternoon we have been at home with the heating on making a sensory box and salt dough handprints and footprints. DH is out tonight so I'm in bed with a cup of tea and a bar of fruit and nut, rock n roll

Don't blame you staying in! I did parkrun in the sleet and wind this morning and then dashed from the car to activity centre and back to car but my goodness it was cold walking the dogs this afternoon/evening when we got back!

Got a very unsettle little man on his third wake up since he went to bed at 8. First time I fed him but last two as soon as I picked him up he sucked his thumb and went back to sleep, just waiting until he seems a bit more settled to put him back and keep my fingers crossed!

Cinnamon glad it was just the weather, I hope ds3 is a sleep.

Wine sounds like the perfect afternoon.

I'm feeding dd her first wake up I can hear ds waking up, I'm hoping he just rolls over and goes to sleep.
I'm a bit paranoid about ds's safety as he had a thing for finding dangerous things fun so I've been up trying to think of ways to safety proof the house.

Scan went well yesterday, didn't see usual sonographer but he said left kidney is perfect and couldn't comment on right as he didn't know history but it's still small and dilated. He said he couldn't see any reason they would need to see us before his scheduled apt on 17th Dec, So that's good. Unfortunately we then waited 1hr45mins for his medicine

Good news about the scan cinnamon it sounds like the left kidney is doing really well. Shame about the long wait though especially with a baby to entertain for that time it's ridiculous.
Monkeybabies have you managed to get any help from the OT with safety proofing the new house? Hope you're settling in ok there - I can understand why you're worried about ds.

DH is off work this week which is lovely so we are doing some family things. Taking DD to the aquarium today or tomorrow, hope she likes looking at the fish!

I did get slightly at dh sitting playing his daft game on his phone while I walked around keeping baby entertained and then getting him off to sleep! But I was angry anyway so thought I may have just been taking it out on him so kept quiet! Enjoy your week together, did you go to the London aquarium? Bet she loved the fish, anything with lights and colours is good

Didn't see the ot, we've phoned she's off so will contact us and hopefully she can come and do the house visit she planned, she held off as we were moving.
Ds seems to have stopped that for now but found out how to set the fire alarms off (theirs a test button at his level not that he was setting fires or anything).
I'm finding the last few days of being out has caught up to me and I'm becoming really anxious and upset for no reason again.

You've been doing so well monkeybabies it's really stressful moving house I'm not surprised if it's catching up with you a bit. I hope you get some rest tonight. Hope the OT gets back to you soon.

Cinnamon it wasn't as fancy as the London aquarium just a smaller local one. DD loved the fish we carried her and showed her everything and she was grinning the whole time it was lovely.

Have been Christmas shopping today I think I'm almost done now. Earliest ever! Need to start sorting and wrapping next. Lots of walking today though so I'm knackered!

Well done on almost completing your Christmas shopping, I'm normally done months in advance I keep forgetting how close it is.
I need to start organising who's getting what, the kids are in and I have a few small gifts coming from amazons Black Friday week event.

Just waiting on ds sleeping and I can dd is asleep already.

Settling in is going ok almost completely unpacked but doesn't feel like a wall as we can't put pictures up, I feel my moods lifting I'm still having a lot of bad days but not as much or as bad.
I have a counselling appointment next week I'm hoping will help more.

How are you getting on cinnamon , has your week been good.
