I'm in A&E. I've been having heart pains. I could do with some healing light please.

Should've said chest pains really. Anyway I'm a moron and I spent 3 hours in A&E to find out I've pulled a pectorial muscle which is causing the pain.

Thank you to Mr Hons for doing the SS honours. I am very excited and looking forward to sending my bits to my SS recipient. Prob next week now as this week is a bit of a nightmare.

Right, am off to work in the very dark. Have to walk across the park to get to Brixton. Super scary. I think Vag is in the air now. Wow, what a trip to get back. Looking forward to hearing she has arrived safely.

Hello lovelies. A big catch up needed, might well snatch some time tomorrow morning - too tired now. How are your DSs, Arti and Paleo?? All is ok here. Loving having DD3- je ne regrette rien! Even with the tiredness and fatness. She gives me the most gorgeous smiles and I will cling on to her babyness for as long as poss. Babygros until she is nine!

Right, want to get back in the habit of being on here more. I miss everyone and it was so cosy when everyone posted a lot (or more, anyway). I'm in bed with the electric blanket on, listening to the Eighties show on Radio 2, DD3 is lying here as well, and all is well. Although DP won't be in until 1am as his band had a gig. And MIL and her husband are staying as they are shortly off to Bermuda for a month. Well, night night all. More soon. Make me jealous with your glittering Christmas parties/nights out. I have one. My Book Club Christmas meal. It ain't Elton's White Tie Ball!

Sorry. Am crap. Real life is getting in the way. Big time. I guess that's good for me but I still intend on catching up then never even lurk! Right will make effort soon!

LadyT, what can I say about nights out? Well, I am going out with some friends from the DCs' school on Friday and then on the following Saturday we have 2 lovely parties on the same night. The work Christmas party was 2 weeks ago (WTF?), on a Thursday (WTAF?) and in an All Bar One (nuff said) so I didn't go. We are having a party here on Christmas Eve which we do every year, except that DH's mother will be here to add her own brand of festive charm. I don't think we haven't anything else planned. I am so glad DD3 is such a delight. She looks a poppet in her purple cardigan on FB. How is the PTA now? You did so much work for them, even at 8,75 month pregnant so I hope they were grateful.

Poor M is unwell today. He has a terrible cough, a high temperature and spent most of the day asleep. I hope he rallies enough to go to school tomorrow as I have no holiday left and will have to take unpaid leave. Boooooooo. Or I could calpol him to the gills and hope he can last til I have taught my class. Fingers crossed.

I have my SS present but have not sent it yet. This week, definitely. Am very excited for Christmas, even though I am woefully unprepared. I need to get busy online. Still, there are still more than 2 weeks to go. DD1 has a piano exam on Saturday and DS has his birthday party with all his class on Sunday, so I need to get past that really before I can think festive.

Just marking my place. I'm sure all of us are in the same boat with lots of Christmas events plus birthday stuff to organise.

I am off on a conference which will be two nights away by myself. I'm so excited about the sleep! The downside is I come back on the day of dd1's party. Eek! So much to do!

Sorry. Said I'd come back and it's been manic. So much going in and only worked once! We have 8 birthday parties in total this month and today is ds's he's having a go kart party Sat.
Just snowed under with school stuff (wow it's full on with two at school! I thought this was the time I get a break!) nativities and fancy dress and birthdays and weddings and selling flat and looking at houses, planning a visit to the estranged father in law and bought a new car......! quite a few nights out too which is unusual but the new reception bunch are a social lot which is welcomed.

I have vaguely skim read - jam u cannot believe how far money goes up there! Are you really moving?
Lady how is life!!? We are utterly choccas until Xmas. I think.... I'm guessing our diaries won't gel beforehand are you flat out and booked up as usual!?

Rubes I feel your pain. At the moment I feel like a hamster on a wheel! Just the usual kids day to day stuff whilst trying to juggle the new routine. I am all over the place. The house is a shit tip, no time to sort Christmas stuff, missed some of DS Christmas stuff at school . All my own doing as I am still at my old job trying to finish a project for them. But the reality is its not happening and when the kids finish school I finish there too. That should help me get a little more of my time back. seriously I'm in awe of you ladies who work full time.

I'm sure there was more I wanted to say but I can't remember! Trying to learn a new job has fried my brain

good lord! DD3 is watching telly for the first time ever. miracles do happen.

DS2 was 6 today, really can't believe 6 years have passed. It's almost 8 years since we all joined that first ante-natal group.

We're going on a steam train tomorrow to see Father Christmas, not the one here but the one that was used in The Railway Children so I am looking forward to that.
