Indith, how on earth can one abbreviate your new name? Paleo? I might plump for that. I do hope things are on the improve, poor chap. It's such a strain when they are ill for all manner of reasons. Hey, hats off on the Christmas shopping!
On the piss fitness chat, one of my cricket players is from Brisbane and he introduced DP to the concept about 5 years ago so it is firmly part of the general parlance around here as a result.
I did like your DS's list of words, Arti
He covers all blokey bases there, doesn't he? Or once he adds 'beer' to the list anyway, and he will be set for life!
Sorry I have not been on. You can well imagine the whirl it's been around here. DD3 is now 7 wks and out of all her newborn clothes - sob. Plus she is smiling, though very stingy with them. All four of us are mad on her. The gaps between feeds are lengthening so I don't feel quite so bonkersly tired. Still in my specs rather than lenses though...and I don't think my plans to shed a stone before Christmas will come to pass
Maybe a half if I am lucky.
Rubes, are you glued to I'm a Celeb? I know you always watch as it makes you think of home. I have no such excuse, I just find it strangely restful. Also, Michael Buerk's in it and I think that is really interesting. I read the other day that the viewing figures are at an all time low so maybe its days are numbered.
Sorry you have been rowing with DH, Beans. I do know the feeling, DP and I have had a bumpy ride recently. Same old stuff about who does what!
DB, have you started your new job yet?
Hons, there was some stuff on the news about transplants (well, controversy really). I thought of you, did you hear about it?
My Mum is coming this weekend, which is fab. We have DP's Mum and her DH over Christmas. Champagne will get me through
I would love to have a big old gossip on here but I need to sort the girls' supper out. Chores, chores, chores!
