Stunt that seems quite conclusive. Hope DH sees that is the consequence of soya free too.

Loving the jacuzzi chat. We have been in a jacuzzi today! Went to visit parents for the weekend and DH has whisked me off to a spa hotel for the night for my birthday. It's wonderful but I didn't see the DC much last week due to the Robin Hood / table tennis / general galavanting so I am missing them a bit, but must take opportunities when they come along!

Zamboni · 24/05/2014 18:46

Posted too soon. Glad you had a good night Chasing. What does red carded mean PP? Am I being thick?

GTbaby · 24/05/2014 19:13

A is playing with the remote. He turned the sound up. His face was hilarious.
Had a shattering day. Apart from my lay in /nap haven't had a break. Looking forward to A going to bed in 10mins.
H has been worn out in time for him nap by a walk in the park and playing in garden before bed time. Made a positive difference at nap time. So going to try tweak it a lil so nap is earlier.

Zamboni that's great! What a lovely surprise.
Chasing VIP treatment in clubs is fab.

I see the second post icons wanda.
Which one did you go for. When is your last day at work?

Passmethecrisps · 24/05/2014 20:36

Evening ladies.

I wondered what red carded meant as well.

Quiet day here after a relatively early start from p. We stayed at home as there was another massive orange march in town so we didn't want to be in amongst it.

Visit to the park and some pottering in the garden followed by an Indian take away and an episode of homeland.

Rock and roll!!

GTbaby · 24/05/2014 20:39

Red carded is when the postman can't deliver a parcel. Leaves. Red card (of doom) that means a long wait in post office line.

Kyz · 24/05/2014 20:59

Evening all :) Mixed day again today, and a very busy one! God I wish I had a tumble drier. Definitely took it for granted before! E has been quite good, quite funny too. Not much eating done but he still has eight teeth to get, so maybe it's teeth! I can't get to feel the very back ones but mum said he's got a bit of one poking through she thinks. Canines feel quite prominent at the top too. He's enjoyed helping me clean which has been very sweet!

eliza I think i'm getting used to it :) It's all been very strange but i'm finding my feet a bit!

Hope you have a fab time pr and do no jacuzzi slipping like Stunts dad ouch!

stunt I think it must be the soya, hopefully that means lots more good nights!

Chasing glad you had a fab night! I'm the same if E ever stays at MILs, it's so odd if I go into his room and he isn't there.

you sound tired gt will you get a break tomorrow at all?

yay for a new phone wanda!

orange march pass? is thick

Passmethecrisps · 24/05/2014 21:03

The orange order kyz. So a sort of Protestant March. They end up causing massive tensions and hangers on get drunk and violent

Kyz · 24/05/2014 21:12

Ohhh okay, I see :) I think i'd avoid that, too!

BigPigLittlePig · 24/05/2014 22:00

PR that does indeed sound a little bit shit! Hope you are managing to enjoy yourself anyway. Zamboni that sounds ace! Enjoy!

Yum to takeaway Pass. Lasagne was the dish of the day in chateau pig, all devoured which makes me happy.

So today F has really been off colour. Am assuming teeth, but it has been dragging for a few days. She has only just gone off to sleep after a good 30 mins of being rocked on my lap. Lots of hysterical "I'm in pain" screaming. Screamed her way round town earlier. Too tired for any lunch but wouldn't go to sleep. I dunno.

GTbaby · 24/05/2014 22:27

Am tiered kyz. Lay into just resulted in a more chaotic day in the end.
I can't complain, but fitting the shred DVD is making it a tough day. Finding an extra hour in the day in hard a d means my afternoon chill out time is reduced. Add to it getting dinner ready today, I had no time to myself until 8.30.
But in just 4days I know my abs are working better as my back is feeling better already. So I know it's worth it. Just got to keep going and think of the long term gains.

So quick question. I have a bunch of pregnacare left. No issues with taking them right? My body will just get rid of what it doesn't need right. Shame to waste them.

StuntNun · 24/05/2014 22:35

I just took my leftover Pregnacare GT. Actually I'm struggling to find a replacement. I had the one that was a vitamin/fish oil combination and there doesn't seem to be anything else as comprehensive. The nearest one I found only had 17% of your magnesium RDA which isn't enough. It's hard to find one that has a good amount of B vitamins as well as magnesium, calcium, iron and zinc, let alone a fish oil as well. I found one that looked good but it had omega 3, 6 and 9 and I'm trying to cut down on omega 6 at the moment.

YellowWellies · 25/05/2014 00:01

Stunt fab news on the sleep. Next time DH goes near J with soy lob a prawn at him!

GTbaby · 25/05/2014 00:23

Why would one cut down on omega 6? And why is magnesium important?
Just keep taking the pregnacare. Sounds easier. I have no idea about vitamins. I just want to clear out my Medicean draw Blush to bin feels wasteful, and I know I should take something as my diet is not varied enough.

ValiumQueen · 25/05/2014 03:53

All three kids coughing, but not me. Hmm.

Wandathewindfairy · 25/05/2014 06:56

DH kindly got me an iPhone 5c Grin

pass I too will attempt to hide from all orange marching this Summer! I am not sure they get drunk here as a lot of people are "good living" but my opinion ( possibly unfounded and naive I agree) is that the marching adds fuel to the fire and is one of the things that keeps the arguments going. And I aim to to try and keep the boys from it too, but we will see, I am also not up for causing fusses.

I have been so tired the last couple of days. I could have slept by 2 In The afternoon. So I think lazy home day today and maybe a stroll on the beach weather permitting for some proper fresh air.

Wandathewindfairy · 25/05/2014 06:59

Dare I ask?has the cough gone vq

ValiumQueen · 25/05/2014 07:30

Wanda pretty much I think. My ears and throat are getting sore though, but I can take PCM for that. I forgot to take my tablet last night. Oops. DH and I were up quite late working out our budget. The 'sticking our head in the sand' approach is not working. Thank God DD2 starts school next August.

ValiumQueen · 25/05/2014 07:31

I have a 4S which is pretty fab, so yours must be even better Wanda.

Wandathewindfairy · 25/05/2014 07:56

Am really pleased I have had a really basic old fashioned Nokia until now so feel justified! I just need to get used to it.

It is amazing how the childcare costs can rack up. Our costs In England were just obscene

Lily311 · 25/05/2014 07:57

I just got rid of my 3GS. Got a galaxy mini instead. No regrets, I'm old.

Wandathewindfairy · 25/05/2014 08:43

Pjs, coffee, news, quiet. Gates are shut no stray FILs poking around.

I never do this and it is lovely.
