I always think you need protein or fat to keep you going longer so nuts would be good for that. I always measure mine out so I don't eat too many as a bag can be 500 calories.

I like Lily's play kitchen better as it's compact. DS1 had a hyuuuge hand me down Little Tikes kitchen and it took up too much space, I ended up giving it to the childminder.
