Oh no, stupid men!! I hate it when anyone uses that tactic of I'm in the wrong so ill switch it back and try and make out you have
Yes Agnu can't believe you would watch eastenders lol it makes me want to kill myself at the best of times, it's so depressing all the shouting at each other, now corrie on the other hand.....
I've had a two bed change tonight, kitten was sick all over hers and tigers nappy leaked Hmm kitten never made a sound and it was only because I could smell it when I checked on her before going to bed I found it, it's so scarey when that happens Hmm

peardrop2 · 03/01/2014 13:16

How do you even have time to watch Eastenders?!?! Perhaps I just have the worst sleeper on her bus Hmm

Aww Frus Hmm 7.5 months is really good going! You're a tiny bit ahead of me but still no sign of AF. It will happen tomorrow now that I've said that!

So, does anyone think there is anything wrong with keeping baby pear on Heinz/Actimel baby porridge? He doesn't like ready break at all. I've tried 3 x now but he used to gobble up his baby porridge. I don't really get why you start them on baby rice, jumpy to baby porridge and then all of a sudden it's ready brek time. Why not keep them on baby porridge?! Both have vitamins. Only difference is price, surely?

AGnu · 03/01/2014 14:41

No reason why you can't pear! Eat it yourself if you want - it's all food! Wink

I watch EE while the boys are asleep in the afternoons. iPlayer is wonderful! It's a good distraction.

Is kitten ok?

Runt has fallen asleep on me for the first time in months! He rarely finishes a breastfeed before growling & biting but he fell asleep while still attached, wriggled & briefly peered at me when I took him off before shutting his eyes & flopping across my lap! Sooo cute! Grin

Can I just throw myself a little pity party? The house that I adore was sold yesterday after I kept telling DH to just text the GD realtor b/c I knew it was going to go fast!! Just be patient he says I just want to have a temper tantrum on the floor before I'm ready to get over this.

In other news, M actually slept for a 5 hr stretch last night so at least I'm back at a functioning level. Frusso I so totally understand the bedmate battle! She's like that all the time if I let her in bed with me.

So sorry you've got the pukes at your house kitty! Sad Almost worse being the mother and having to clean it up!

I've been having really random niggles and cramps too. I'm totally fine with it not being here!

kittykatsforever · 03/01/2014 20:04

Hmm Bring, no chance you can make an offer too?
Kitten is ok, she had had a dirty nappy when she woke which was not her usual solid nugget so I think her tummy was a little off but no more sick or poos all day, I just find it scary she was asleep in it and never made a peep!
She's been a very sleepy baby today but always is when we stay in 3hrs this morning, 2 this afternoon and has been back to her 12at night, when I have just her I feel like I've got all the time in the world lol if we go out for the day she will only have around 1 and a half max as she's nosey and a light sleeper, or maybe she just likes her bed, I love a cuddle and she'd happily sleep in my arms but I do always put her down as I just always seem to have so much to do plus if tigers with me she always wants the toilet when I'm occupied, and she will only sleep for around 20mins on me and hours in the cot the few times I've done it though I love it Grin

I'm here!

We attempted sledding this morning and the arctic blast that was coming up the hill was INSANE. It went through my jacket, fleece-lined-leggings that were under my jeans (which usually keep the chill out) and my toes froze. We were there for 10 minutes. Also, our governor cancelled school across the entire state for Monday because it's supposed to be a low of -30 F without the windchill. I don't remember up and moving to Antarctica Hmm Soooooo.... that's been our day so far.

M also was a little angel and slept through till 4! Woo! Mama got some sleep.

Cute hand statuette thingy frusso Smile

Not yet!!!

bringonthetrumpets · 05/01/2014 02:35

Yeah, I'm hearing all about the storms over there from BBC radio Grin.

Got a random burst of motivation and energy and decided to paint the bathroom. Now I really hate the colour. Sad

Yeah, I could totally go over it. It's just all the WORK. Urgh. It's a tiny bathroom and the colour is dark so the bathroom looks even more tiny!

M is now a little rolling steam engine. Rolling her little self all over the living room. THe mobility has begun.

Did you really hoover your dog????

Urgh. Everyone else so conspiring against me! We were prepping Calf's room last night - painting where the radiator used to be, touching up the skirting board, stripping the badly done paint off the radiator... DH wouldn't listen to me insisting that the radiator was good enough it really was & ended up staying up until 2am because he had to completely sand it all down! I bet it wouldn't have looked any different once painted had he stopped at 10 like I told him to. I collapsed on the sofa in sheer exhaustion 3 hours sleep the previous night & he woke me at 2 when he had finished the radiator & faffed about with a few other unnecessary things. I don't understand why he doesn't just get to bed when he's got to be up at 6. Add to all that Runt waking me at 3 & 5.30 & I'm not in the best mood today! When did my good little sleeper forget what nighttime is for?! No chance of a nap today either. I've got a radiator to paint & the wall/skirting needs another coat.

kittykatsforever · 06/01/2014 12:13

Your crazy girls painting with the little ones, a few if mine need doing but it won't be happening until the little ones are in nursery or out for the whole day and then the latest I'd work is there bedtime, non of this all night work!! Agnu totally agree about radiator, you never have to take them back that far, you wouldn't see the difference once painted!
We are busy packing today and cleaning as away on Holliday tomorrow for 10 days!! Woo hoo

peardrop2 · 06/01/2014 13:26

I brought some paint in 20% Homebase sale and then told myself I was deluded and mad for thinking that the kitchen would get painted before DS turns 1 3

Kitty ~ abroad or in the uK? Have a lovely time!

Frus ~ no pammy boobs here. I think my milk shortage has been the reason to early wake up calls. I've gone back to feeding at lunchtime and he's gone back to sleeping from 4am to 7am TG!

Bring ~ I do stupid things that I regret with my bursts of energy too Wink
