Crap night again. I think I'm on repeat!

DH working today so no lie in :-(

However I'm cuddled on my sofa watching the lion king with DD while J plays in his play nest. Although he is watching it too as hes stopped and is staring at the telly!

M woke every 2-2.5hrs last night Sad she's also developed a sudden aversion to the cot as well. Wonder if it's because we've lowered it.

DH got her up at 6:50 this morning but read the clock wrong and thought it was 8:50. He'd told me he was getting up with her and giving her breakfast so I could sleep.
I fed her at 7 and said she'd be ready for breakfast from 8/8:30. Put her back in the cot and I went to sleep.
She must have dozed off. DH and M eventually got up just before 9. I kept hearing him mentioning breakfast to her. I got up at 10 (!) and he still hadn't given her any fricking breakfast! Angry or got her bathed or dressed
So now her non existent routine is all out!

So I'm just getting myself ready and leaving M to daddy. He's currently on the phone to a workmates while she shouts at him from her highchair and her bath goes cold.

On the subject of cots, it really is low, I struggle to put her in. And since we've done it she hates being put in it Confused
Think we've going to have to put an extra layer in.

We're going out to a farm today seeing as DH has fallen out with cricket. We'll be out at lunch and tea time so I was going to pack a few snacks and then depending what we eat give her some of ours. I was thinking dairylea sandwich, yogurt, cheese, peach and orange. That sound ok? I can't be arsed messing about with purée.
I was going to cut orange and peach in to segments and put in a Tupperware, will it stay fresh?

Detective if your nearly new sale is anything like the ones I've been to, you need to get there early to get the good stuff. I got some really good things the last time I went.

Morning all :)

Happy Birthday for yesterday Kyz Sorry its late, I didn't get online all day yesterday Thanks And great present from your DP, by the way!

Grin for Thursday night's sleep luis - Hope you had more of the same last night.
And it seems the cause of your knee trouble is revealed - STOP DANCING, or at least pick some good music. And don't go blaming it on J, that's what they all say Grin

detective I have been wondering about hayfever in N, as she has had a few random days of red eyes and runny nose but no other symptoms - and then it just stops. I hope its not. I always feel really sorry for people with hayfever as it must be such a pain in the ass.

great to hear O is doing so well lily and good luck with the assignments.

chasing Hope you are doing ok. Its natural to have low times, and it must infuriating to have to leave your nice flat because of him, but this is best for you and O and it will be ok.

I've got bad hayfever but I didn't start with it until I went to uni. As far as I know it's not common in children and those that do suffer tend to be over seven. I think the most common age to start with it is in your teens, not sure why

yw I think it would be useful for them to see what can happen, although if there is no reaction will they then think you are definitely making it up?

mrsg get him to do hit me baby one more time

sounds like brekkie went well detective, do you give food first usually? I think I might give it a go again that way round as e is simply not fussed after his bottle, bar yoghurt or fruit puree! I can't use e's formula in food because it's all thick and doesn't thin stuff very well so I end up offering an 8oz bottle each time and I try offering food after said bottle but he never wants it. I don't add up the formula used in breakfast, maybe I should. I use cows milk for other things and that doesn't count in the 20oz of milk thing afaik

thanks for the happy birthdays :)

e is a grump today and it's rubbing off on me. plus I need a wee and cba to move.

really will be dieting now cos jon bon jovi cannot see me like this, oh no!

Quiche interior design advice required.

Is it ok to hold back curtains with eyelets in them? Does it work or does it look not right?

Our living room has eyelet curtains with hold backs. I think it looks fine. We redecorated a few months ago, I live it!
