Oh and meant to add if lips are blue for a short period of time but then settle down its hopefully nothing awful and just get your GP to listen to her heart at a routine appointment. Of course if they stay blue or she seems unwell then get a real life review asap.

Aethel, thanks.

She's been seen by OOH docs at our main hospital. Sky is fine in herself and asleep at moment. Just need to keep an eye on the blue tinge of lips & tongue for next 24hrs if she does get that then we have direct access to Paeds unit at the hospital. They think its a virus and her heart is just working extra hard to keep her internal organs warm and struggling to get blood and warmth to extremities.

She's not vommed anymore either and we've got stuff for her eye too. Conjunctivitis.

Aethelfleda · 30/03/2013 21:24

Ok, glad she's ok xxx

Wine o'clock!!

queen glad she seems ok, what a worrying day for you though. Glad Darcie has had a nice day [busmile].

OiMissus · 31/03/2013 00:14

Hope sky is ok. So scary! Poor sky, poor you.
Had wine. Now time for bed. BOi had me up at 5:30am this morning. :)

Happy Easter!

AnAirOfHope · 31/03/2013 10:32

Happy Easter [bugrin]

iZombie · 31/03/2013 11:02

Glad she's on the mend QoC. They do like to frighten the living daylights out of us don't they?

Happy Easter to all.

QueenofClean · 31/03/2013 16:06

Happy Easter all.

Sky hasn't turned blue anymore but still slightly dehydrated :( and still got sticky eye.

NorthernChinchilla · 31/03/2013 20:03

Firstly congratulations GBT on your lovely little boy- how exciting! I hope he'll be able to wear some of no.1's stuff, given that he'll be a late summer baby.

So sorry to hear your news BJR, that's the actions of a total arse and you will be better off without him. I hope that you may have made some progress with him this weekend, but if not, we'll be here to support you.

We've had a lovely weekend with friends, now settling down with last night's Doctor Who (unbridled joy [bugrin]!) and ordering a takeaway. I've just made a fire, but the damn coal's been outside for ever and is soaking (sure I spied some moss on one lump) so the fire is not taking...

NorthernChinchilla · 31/03/2013 20:04

And best wishes to Sky too Queenie, sounds scary- hope she bounces back.

AnAirOfHope · 01/04/2013 01:53

Hope has desided not to sleep tonight Hmm

Cheers Aethel, we can always rely in you for a decent cuppa. Any hot cross buns left?
Ali didn't fancy sleep much last night either.
We're doing more walking later. 4 days = 4 parks! Park number 1 had a big hill and sheep, number 2 had deer, ducks, swans and chickens, number 3 was with daddy and had a big playground, let's see what number 4 will have.
The BOi is pretty good at football. He kicks and dribbles quite well we have footballed all around the aisles at Tesco.

Figgygal · 01/04/2013 10:03

Another non sleeper here it was 9 last night beore he was aleep though i guess thats not much past his normal if the clocks hadnt changed. He then wa grumbling just after 12 and 5 and had a long spell between 3 & 4 which killed me!!

My mum is heading home today so we off to a local farm shop to feed pigs and let ds run round then some shopping.

Unbelievably my magic baby jogger pushchair which fit in my tiny 22yr old convertible doesnt fit in my 3yr old mazda stupidly forgot to check that b4 i bought it, have to take the wheels off to get it in boot.........what a nuisance.

Have a lovely day ladies

mopsytop · 01/04/2013 10:36

Minimopsy has been doing every second night - up crying for hours one night, only waking sporadically to grumble a bit then dropping back off the next. So we can at least recover in between...

GaryBuseysTeeth · 01/04/2013 10:59

BJR, so sorry to hear your news. Hope the next few months are as stressfree as possible.

Queenie, hope DD2 is feeling better today? And DD1 managed to have a happy birthday with it all going on. x

We picked up DS from his jaunt at PIL last night (met them at the services), he didn't sleep in the car & was awake until midnight (in his cot!)...and that's with spending the last few weeks adjusting him to the clocks changing.

Thanks for all the congrats! I've always wanted boys only (inherited lady plumbing problems on my side), but DH has been so set on a girl that I slowly cam around to the idea, now to argue over names. [buhmm]

AnAirOfHope · 01/04/2013 11:23

She finialy went to sleep at 4am and got up at 8am all smiles and checkyness!

QueenofClean · 01/04/2013 13:39

Sorry to hear some of you have had sleepless nights.

Really worried about Sky. She isn't herself, has a temp of 37.6, eczema has flared up, still got sticky eye and barely drinking anything :( really worried about dehydration as not really had a good wet or soiled nappies in a good couple of days :(

QueenofClean · 01/04/2013 16:03

Sky is down Children's A&E with DH. I'm here with Darcie. Sky barely drinking anything :(

SevenReasonsToSmile · 01/04/2013 17:32

Sorry to hear that queen, hope she's better soon. Don't be surprised if they want to keep her in overnight. Why do these things only happen at inconvenient times, we've had 4 visits to A&E between the two DCs, all at the weekend!

Sleeping trouble here too. She refused to nap yesterday after getting up at 4am, and was seriously overtired by bedtime. Normally she goes to sleep as good as gold even if she's wide awake, last night she screamed until she literally couldn't stay awake any longer Hmm. Not helped by DH doing a split shift yesterday so had to juggle her screaming with giving DS a bath and getting him ready for bed.

BJR have you made any progress with "D"H or is he still being a twat childish?

QueenofClean · 01/04/2013 17:45

She's home. Been given advice on what to do. She had a virus. All tests came back negative for infection. Thanks all x

SevenReasonsToSmile · 01/04/2013 17:51

Glad she's home, hope she perks up soon x

janey223 · 01/04/2013 18:02

Can I join in 15 months late? :)

mopsytop · 01/04/2013 19:12

Course, Janey ! Welcome. The more the merrier!

Minimopsy in bed asleep. Take out sushi being delivered in an hour or so. Sharing a Weissbier with Mr. Mopsy. Life is good! Hope you all had a nice Easter. Hope Sky on the mend queen. How stressful. BJR, hope you're OK. Oi, hope bOi sleeps better tonight after four days of rampaging through parks! Figgy, what is black cherry cider like? Northern, hope the takeout was nice yesterday!
