A new place to meet ladies :)

Those are what I bought klou just put a pic on FB. Joshua normally leaves his hat on unless it starts slipping over his eyes then he pulls it off!
Bet that scared you with the alarm! It would freak me out too.

Yeh he does have a nap in the day. Usually about a hour before lunch and 30 mins around 3pm. If he sleeps later tho he is a nightmare to get to bed.

Just spent 10 mins walking outside holding joshuas hands. He loves it, but then he puked all over himself so had to come in and change him lol.

Lol at the puke iwish!! His sunglasses look great! Aww he's getting good isn't he? Is he making any signs of crawling at all?

Well, I'm kind of wishing Euan didn't crawl so bloody fast now, the dog water bowl has been tipped over 3 times today, and the bottom of the end unit has the tiniest gap where Rob didn't seal it and its bloody started to swell!!! Thank god its just the front of the end panel right at the base, you can just take them off and change them. But you can't really see it as its at the floor.
Doing our bloody head in though lol. We keep shutting the door, then we have to open it for the dogs, and then forget to shut it again!

Lol bet you don't sit down for a minute. Joshua isn't really showing any signs of crawling, he loves to be on his feet. He tried to pull himself up on his toy box today but he didn't quite make it.

Will Euan be going to nursery?

Aww, that's how Euan was, standing all the time, even more so now, then all of a sudden got on his knees (when he used to slip) and crawled!
I assume that's what happens with walking too, they just do it!

Not sure about nursery. My friend takes her little man who is 6 weeks older than Euey to the toddler group at the school down the road from our new house (the one with 7 kids) so will prob go to that.

Have loads of friends back there that I haven't seen for years that all have kids Euans age, or pregnant etc, so going to meet up with them. One lives round the corner.
Really looking forward to it.
Would be good for Euan to go to something so he gets to 'socialise' as such, but if we want a day off or need him looking after for a few hours, my mum and dad are just down the road :)

When does Joshua start?

His first day will be 4th July but he will have a few taster sessions the 2 weeks before. I take him to a sure start centre on a Thursday so he plays with other babies there, it's lovely to see him with other babies. Wish I didn't have to go back to work tho :(

Do you have many friends with babies where you live now?

Is hammered down here too but I have been swimming and missed it all! We have a hole in the conservatory roof tho? Me of he plastic pannels has come out of its seal and leaves abit of a gap, someones ment to be coming tomorrow to fix it.

Just did 20 lengths of the pool which I thought was quite good, although the friend I went with did 48!! But she's stick think and got less weight to drag about with her!

It's good hat your mum and dad will have him klou. I shave begged mum today to have the baby next Sunday while we go to a fair. I really don't want to take her as its 2 hours away and on field, it's not very practical. She did say no, but I rally begged her and now it's a maybe. I don't bloody ask much of her, normal grandparents love to look after their grand kids!

No we don't know anyone really here, just from swimming really.
Can't wait to get back.

God, my mum and dad can't wait for us to get back!! They'll probably see Euan more than us lol!! They love it!
Robs mum and dad will have him too sometimes, but they have a lot of friends so go out a lot, and drink a pbit too. I am always a bit hmm with them looking after him, not that they'd drink with Euan obviously, but I think cos it's robs mum and dad, it's not the same as your own :)

I know this is going to sound a bit daft, but I've started to feel pregnant recently. Have had fluttering in my belly, weeing more than normal etc. I'm not cos I had some tests from last time, but I didn't half panic!! But I just feel pregnant, it's very strange. Haven't mentioned it to Rob as didn't want him panicking lol.

Ha ha ha, how many tests did you do? I get that sometime, like a fluttering and I lay there thinking WTF!! But 9 months later, no baby so must just be wind!

Re the grandparents looking after kids, I makes me mad that my mil would have them all the time, whenever we needed her to, if she lived closer, yet mum lives on the doorstep but won't have them. Grrrrrrrrrrrr

How often are your babies sick after eating? Nearly every meal time violet is slightly sick. I might just be getting her out of her highchair too soon and her nappy pushing on her full tummy, but even if I leave her in for ten ins, she's still sick. She nearly always has a whiff of eau de sick!

20 lengths is fab liz I can't even do 1!!!

Joshua is always sick. He's sick all day. He can be sick 2 mins after food/milk or 4 hours after. He always smells of sick lol. He has a few changes of clothes too.

Lol at feeling pregnant klou. I've had the funny feeling like kicks a few times, freaked me out!

I only did one test, I must say it made me realise I want Euan a little older. Don't get me wrong if I was pregnant, I would love it, but I'd prefer to plan it after new year!

Euan isn't sick a lot tbh. He is a little sick sometimes, like tonight he was chasing after Bella, and about an hour after his tea he was laughing at her, burped, and a little came up on the floor, but not a lot. It's quite nice to go out without a change of clothes for him lol!

We only found out last night that Tuesday is a bank hol! We kept hearing about this extra bank hol and couldn't work it out ha ha!! I know the actual jubilee is Tuesday so don't know how we didn't click!

I'm glad my sickness makes you laugh :( cheeky mare. I think it was a chicken I cooked. It was on the sell by date, so I cooked it and made sandwiches out of it, which Chris also ate, but I must have just had a bad bit I think. No one else has got it so don't think its a bug. Not eaten anything yet, just lots of water and tea with about 8 sugars!

Hey lovelies!! I'm baaack!

We had a lovely day. Joshua looked gorgeous in his suit and was an absolute angel all day. Me and my friend had our hair and make up done and we picked our flowers up. Got there at 2:15 and the ceremony was at 2:30. Nick looked fab. And bless him he went out especially before the wedding and bought the aftershave he used to wear when we first met, he's so sweet. We went out for a meal after then our friends came back to our house.

Told my mum and nanas then the rest of the family and they were all v happy for us.
Nicks mum on the other hand went of on one and didn't give a shot that it made us happy then she rang nicks sister and brother and told them but said really negetive things. It wasn't her place to tell so we are v v pissed off with her. Cheeky cow.

I know I'm a dipstick Liz we just couldn't work out this extra day thing, then we clicked we needed the contract signed off our tenants for our mortgage company by weds, and he said he'd drive over and drop it off (from 40 mins away) at the agents so we could get it weds morning.

Euans been cruising around for a while now, I think before he was crawling. Thankfully as we're in the conservatory, he's got 2 sofas and windowsills. He cant really walk around the dining table as there's not enough room as we've pushed it nearer the window, but he tries!

Not sure how long it'll be til he walks, he tries with his walker but ends up on his bum after a few steps!

How's violet now Liz is she better?

Unfortunately so liz. I don't want her to look after him because I really don't like her, like her even less after Friday. I would rather put him in nursery.
She came round today, didn't apologise for how she had been, didn't say congratulations and still tried to have conversation like nothing had happened. She gave us a card but inside she wrote that she should have been there. Aaaaargh I want to punch her!!

Joshua has woken up all snotty today, I'm thinking it's because he's got another tooth on the way but I'm yet to see it.

His, how's everyone? We was ment to go to mils today, but got to Nottingham and had to stop for lulu to be sick, so we turned back. She's been sick all day with diahorrea too, she must have got my sickness, might not have been my cooking after all!! She hasn't been sick since 2007!! So well overdue! But don't like her being poorly.

So I have been stuck in the house all day, violets been Mardy cause of that and Chris has been outside all day.

We have finally got rid of the crazy mad who lived round the back!!!!!!! Yeyyyyyyy he's gone. After running up that big electric bill, he's also managed to ruin 2 chalets, one he's stripped of ally, the other which he was living in is not fit for a dog. I wouldn't even go inside it. He had the oven working by taping the wires into the socket on the wall! Fucking idiot.

He's gone to live on another field that dad owns on the other side of town. But there's no electric or running water. But I really couldn't care less. This past few weeks he has been staying at a house in town anyway. Chris has helped him to move his stuff, dog pens full of shit and broken boats. Why oh why dad felt that he had to provide somewhere else for him to live is beyond me. If it was up to me I would have just rang the council and Sid we have a lodger who needs reforming and let them sort him out.

Iwish, you are going to have to try and get along with her if she's going to have him, otherwise you are going to be permanently pissed off thinking about what shes doing wile your not there. Do you think you might be able to? Have you looked into goverment help with nursery fees?

Klou, what you done today?

Oh ment to say, violets chest comes and goes, it gets slightly better, then she catches another cold and it coeds back as bad as before. As soon as she gets rid of one cold she gets another. This weeks she's had loads of green snot! And conjunctivitis cleared up on its own
