Eek it's going so fast!

Well my night out has been cancelled so it's not an urgent rush round the shops but we are going to have z look for some summery clothes anyway.

I am searchable :) You will have mail in 30 secs. :)

TribbleWithoutACause · 28/07/2011 06:12

ty your last name is pretty cool!!

SpringFlowers · 28/07/2011 06:20

Thanks NoHun. I only use fb to keep in touch with people I don't see very often and haven't used it much recently at all. I probably need to do some updating as my profile pic is me on my wedding day two years ago!

HarrietJones · 28/07/2011 07:46

I think I'm only missing Spring now. Can someone point me in the right direction when she's joined us?

So have you all been on holiday yet with LO? What have you got planned this summer? I'm trying to go camping before I return to work but events seem to conspire against me Grin

SilverSky · 28/07/2011 08:06

Not unless visiting my folks counts sea! Smile

HarrietJones · 28/07/2011 08:36

Not holidaying this year. Well we have a weekend in Stratford in October but that's it. And that's mainly for dh/dd1/dd2 to go to the RSC

Would someone mind PMing me so I can jump on the FB bandwagon? I have no pics on it and no profile pic and only use it to nosey at my sister's pics. However I will put some on when I work out how to! When I do it my profile pic is likely to be one of the dogs! (probably the poncey tick bearing one as he is rather beautiful and my other dog is black so all photos just look like a black blob with pointy ears and the occasional green eye reflection)

Sea we went to Centerparcs in June but nothing since. I'd love to be camping too, but with it being just DD, the dogs and me it might be a little too much to attempt! Where do you like to go camping?

DH and I will be in London next week to move out of the flat for 2 days and I am hoping that DD is good for my mum. I got a total of 3 hours sleep last night. When she wasn't crying she was feeding whilst sleeping. I find it hard to sleep when she's bfing but do manage to drop off a bit but she's such a light sleeper and is currently finding any excuse to wake. She lay last night so close to me that I ended up stuck in the same position right by the edge of the bed. She has her ENT appt today then the cranial osteopathy appt. I feel like stealing it from her, my muscles ache loads.

busyprocrastinating · 28/07/2011 08:47

We went to Kos in June, which seems like ages ago now!, and we have got a busy six weeks planned. I'm away for a hen do this weekend and then we are planning on going camping twice- Whitby and Dorset Hmm as we are camping virgins and it might be a bit much with LO and possibly an overgrown puppy Grin and then a wedding in Devon. So much for having a break!

I have just dropped DD at nursery I feel bad as I am not at work but we were told not to stop her going for the six weeks as we would have to go through the settling in period again.

busyprocrastinating · 28/07/2011 08:51

Mock just messaged you!

MockingbirdsNotForSale · 28/07/2011 08:54

Thanks BP! Thats pants about the nursery, are her hours reduced though?

busyprocrastinating · 28/07/2011 09:01

Yes, she is doing half- so just one day a week instead of two. Just accepted you on fb

SeaShellsMyDogSmells · 28/07/2011 09:01

Enjoy the time off Busy! We have a lovely sunny day here-I hope you do :) where in Dorset were you planning to go? I love Whitby btw :)

Mock-what was centreparcs like? We camp in Dorset and Hampshire at the moment, but so busy any trips away are proving difficult :)

Can someone pm re fb? I'll cross the great mn/rl divide just for you lot Wink

hJ- I'd love go to the RSC-not for a while yet, but the dc are nearly old enough to be dumped on dgp v soon!

busyprocrastinating · 28/07/2011 09:09

Sea just messaged you! Where do you camp in Dorset, any recommendations? We were planning to go Poole/Swanage area as that is where I used to holiday when I was a kid.

busyprocrastinating · 28/07/2011 09:12

Am using my time off productively alternating between here and fb Grin It is lovely and sunny here too so am going to do something soon.

MockingbirdsNotForSale · 28/07/2011 09:23

I'm a FB idiot. BP how do I find which of your friends are the recently added ones? I've found NoHun and friend requested and Tribble but I'm not sure if that worked. I have put a couple of pics up too.

Sea CP is great. Our favourite is Longleat but only if you plan to go there and not go out and about as there is not a lot in the area apart from the safari park. Whinfell is lovely too and lots around and about. The swimming is great, DD gets tired out everyday and lots of fresh air walks (which she gets anyway but not in a forest). Whinfell has red squirrels too. Also they have a babysitting service. Its great as we put DD to bed by 7, the babysitter turns up and we could go for a meal or to the spa or just for a swim and DD would sleep on oblivious to the fact that a random stranger was sat in the living room Smile.

busyprocrastinating · 28/07/2011 09:33

I have sent you them as friend suggestions mock.

SeaShellsMyDogSmells · 28/07/2011 09:39

Mocking Shock I would have called the nurse in to help dog wrestle! I hope all is sorted now :)

SeaShellsMyDogSmells · 28/07/2011 10:07

Righto-I'm the blonde requesting you all on fb Grin

Longleat isn't too far from us so good to hear positive reviews :) glad you had fun

Re Dorset campsites-any around swanage seem good. Burnbake has been recommended, an we had fun at Toms filed. Woodyhyde and eweleaze are all in cool camping and look good from the outside fence Grin

NoHunIntended · 28/07/2011 10:33

Morning! I think I am on top of who's who out of all my lovely new Fb friends!

Sea, did you FR me? I have one FR that I haven't matched up to info re profile picture, I don't want to be adding someone random, so can you let me know if it's you please?

We've not really done a holiday. PILs live in the Outer Hebrides, and we have visited there, if you can call that a holiday? We are on a budget now, as I am not working, plus, a holiday with all that baby paraphernalia, especially the reusable nappies, not so keen!

HarrietJones · 28/07/2011 10:41

I assume mock is the dog & sea is the other request? I'll never match you all!

Sea- we take the kids to RSc. Took dd2 at 7 to the young people's one , it's very accessible.

NoHunIntended · 28/07/2011 10:45

Sea, got you!

busyprocrastinating · 28/07/2011 10:48

Thanks sea I had done some internet research and Burnbake is the one that we fancied so am pleased to know it has been recommended.

SeaShellsMyDogSmells · 28/07/2011 12:27

Burnbake is closest to studland beach so wins in my book :)

MonsterBookOfTysons · 28/07/2011 13:32

I am going to get very confused Grin
How many friends should I have Confused
