Shiny new thread for Christmas!

Sad news from me. Missed miscarriage at 8 weeks. Thought I was 8+3 today. For the fourth time now DH and I are utterly heartbroken.

starlight I'm having the erpc specifically because it means they can test the baby. If I miscarry naturally I would have to hope that I pass the sac during office hours in order for them to accept it for testing. My last three miscarriages were all natural and I would actually prefer this, but there's nothing left for them to test me for. This is my last chance at an answer.

My timing is shite given dg sad news.

Faint bfp this morning. Can't quite believe it and have no symptoms at all. Obviously not putting it on facebook yet (for those of you on there).
Am quite scared but pleased but not counting any chickens yet - very very early days. If it sticks, due date of 16 Nov.

DG I am so sorry that my news coincided with yours - did think I shouldn't post on here yet but had to tell someone as I can't tell anyone but DP in RL.

DG we are all so so :( for you. Like many others I've been there once, but 4 times is too awful for words. I hope you are able to have a really good cry and get looked after well by all those around you xx

What happened? I just came back to loads of withdrawn messages from starlight

I think she's been stalked on MN by someone who has accused her of benefit fraud, or encouraging it in others (wrt her DS's DLA). So she asked to be de-registered and to have all of her posts withdrawn.

Eh, I hope she is able to get the help she needs for her family. So sad that this has happened :(.

I missed all the drama but from reading between the lines it sounded really bad. I hope that's the end of it now.
