Where had we got to? We'd agreed that we all love Cameron, right?

I liked her column a couple of weeks ago where she and some friends whilst pissed discussed tories they liked.

thetoriesaretoast · 10/05/2010 14:47

Yes, wasn't Ken Clark the only one? He's everyone's fave Tory

thetoriesaretoast · 10/05/2010 14:50

BBC really stuck for news now. Asking readers for their favourite fantasy cabinet. All their reporters must be having a little game of iSpy or Top Trumps to pass the time as they hang around outside Downing St.

Hassled · 10/05/2010 14:50

These last few days need to be renacted for us by The Thick Of It; I need to see it all through Tucker's eyes. It is starting to sound like some sort of bedroom farce.

Just checking in to see whether anything has happened - this thread is far more informative than any news agency.

As you were.

See you later.

HamShine · 10/05/2010 15:00

The Thick of It is now feeling more and more like a documentary.

BecauseIAgreeWithGordon · 10/05/2010 15:05

Justa - what did you say?!

Several others have been deleted as well, so have no idea what's going on. Are they all about DP?

YES

Just had Dd1's piano teacher telling me I seemed to have a "complicated life" because I've asked to postpone her lesson until tomorrow .
No, it's not complicated - Dh's uncle died so he's away grieving with his family; two hours ago the school called and asked if I could come and get dd2 as she is ill. She's now asleep, I've had to leave (very very busy) work early, I don't have the car and you live in the middle of nowhere. And Cleggy's still flirting like a whatsit with both sides.

Alastair Darling sounded good this morning on Today - I've helped sort out the Greece crisis, we're not paying any more than we have to because we're not in the Euro, we're getting on with it but if you think you can do better get hurry up and make up your minds.
I was a bit alarmed that John Major had claimed Labour had offered the Libdems "the earth" to join up. But then, he would say that, wouldn't he?

thetoriesaretoast · 10/05/2010 15:15

Justa, get a pizza and a bottle of red. Think of the iron content!

To pizza, not me threatening to grass to MN. Where was the thread? DP has been strangely quiet.

I think it is imperative that Justabout also orders some ice cream and chocolate brownies from the pizza place as well.

BecauseIAgreeWithGordon · 10/05/2010 15:17

She hasn't got much to talk about now, though, has she?

Definitely go for the pizza, justa!

Right. Can't wait for Clegg any longer, I have to do the shopping.

Hungry
to the piano teacher. Very unsupportive.

Justa
I am going to have to look for that thread now.

I want pizza now. And yes, red wine.

The piano teacher sounds barking. Or maybe s/he has a very very dull life where Nothing Ever Happens.

Top news from the BBC - press officers have carried coffees and muffins into the LibDem HQ. Riveting stuff.

OP posts:
MmeLindt · 10/05/2010 15:34

lol, I was just about to post that about the coffee and muffins.

Talk about TMI

HamShine · 10/05/2010 15:37

Surely they've got someone checking the waste pipes to see how many times the toilets get flushed?
