Iran funds the Hizbollah, Hamas and Ansar Allah in Yemen. None of these groups have ever done anything to terrorise the West. 9/11 was committed by Al Qaeda, Sunni terrorists, one of whom is now an ally to the West and in charge of Syria. I think if you want to accuse Iran of funding terrorists then you should take a hard look at what our governments have been funding and supporting. It’s quite hypocritical to accuse Iran of something that we are doing ourselves.

You speak with great conviction for someone “who hasn’t been following it closely”

Over 21,000 children murdered by the IDF. They did not elect Hamas they’re children ffs. There is no possible way you could justify this with any argument.

We have absolutely no place in supplying weapons to the IDF. It makes us just as guilty.

The Palestinian population as a whole elected Hamas. The Palestinian population as a whole has permitted them to stay in power. The Palestinian population as a whole has embraced the idea of "martyrdom" of provoking Israel until it attacks. The Palestinian population has been perfectly fine for decades of their targeting Israeli civilians - I recall once their targeting a bus of Israeli schoolchildren. Oh, and one reason civilian Palestinians get killed is because Hamas has a habit of hiding within the civilian population.
