Just wondering who everyone hopes will win??

I'm hoping for a Burnham win but as long as it's not Kenyon I can live with it.

Ill laugh till my wides split if Labour beat Reform by whatever share of the vote Restore get, that'll be hillarious.

And if they lose, are you happy for Reform to laugh until their sides split?

Only one person will be doing that, Farage at all the gullible fools actually believing he’s on their side.

this government will disappear in 2029 anyway, but AB will make remaining remaining three years even more awful, why to wish this?
and he will lead to much higher Reform vote then

5128gap · 09/06/2026 19:12

It's tricky. I really resent the idea that Andy Burnham gets elected and then walks into 10 Downing Street. I do think that Reform or the Greens winning increases the exposure of their batshit policies. We shall see.

This for me!

Of course it’s your thesis. Currently we have no idea what a Burnham government would look like, what geopolitical events might affect it and how it might withstand those. Unless, of course, you have a crystal ball in which case you could have saved the last government from some of its unforced errors.

It doesn’t help yours that you consistently misrepresent the truth.

Can't stand self serving Burnham so Reform, personally thought the Tory seemed the best though but will not get many votes.

Can I ask why?

He seems confused as to what a woman is, to start with.

BIossomtoes · 09/06/2026 20:08

I expect if Burnham wins next week’s by election the men and women in grey suits will soon be visiting No 10 with the whisky bottle and the revolver just as their counterparts did with Johnson.

I think Count Binface is probably the safe choice! I don't want to see SKS defenestrated by the left wing of the PLP, even though I am not enamoured of most of the current Front Bench.

Well my massive mortgage increase was directly a result of her fuck up. As it was 1000s of others. Every month I pay £350 more because of her I think "never trust a Tory".
