Anyone still extremely worried about WW3 starting?

So I have to avoid the news completely, unfortunately I work in a pub so lots of customers talk about it a lot so I can’t always avoid it .. all I keep hearing is about national conscription and it won’t be long before ww3 starts and it will be an all out nuclear war etc? Does this make anyone as in edge as me like ridiculously anxious daily 😔

Last time I looked, our country bears no physical or other resemblance to either Afghanistan or Vietnam. We are sitting ducks with our city-based populations reliant on working technology and infrastructure, just waiting to be bombed or starved into submission (we are reliant on supplies being shipped in via safe seas and skies, and only produce about 55% of the food we need to feed us all, with climate change creating extra challenges) and we do not have enough caves, forests or bunkers to hide in.
