'Sounds like you've got Donald firmly in the middle of your elites there.'

No. Where have you been the past 15 months of this election. Have you not read these threads explaining the Trumpageddon and predicting that Trump would win over a year ago when all the teams said he had no chance.

Trump is an "existential" threat to the elites. That is why they are panicked and that is why the media all shilled for Hillary and the Oxbridge teams are smearing Trump with anything they can make up.

They don't like Trump for one single reason and it is not misogyny and racism and extremism etc because the eluites love the Saudis. The elites fear Trump because he is for

"Americanism not globalism"

and that represents an existential threat to their plans to control the world's population.

It is game over for them. They couldn't beat Trump with all their money, media, teams and lies and now that he has the reins of power, they are on the run.

Sorry - I put Kaija on my last post, when I very obviously meant Southall. Hope that hasn't confused Chris too much. Wink. I am beginning to get tired.

Southallgirl · 24/11/2016 23:34

Am I imagining it, Claig, but didnt HC's campaign manager ask Trump to concede defeat, and he said No. Soon after, the result was confirmed.

If I'm not imagining it, what did HC hv to gain? Even if Trump had prematurely thrown in the towel, the result would hv reversed that?

squishysquirmy · 24/11/2016 23:37

Just because we've read the threads Claig, doesn't mean we've believed them. It's called critical thinking.

squishysquirmy · 24/11/2016 23:39

"and that represents an existential threat to their plans to control the world's population"
Who are these elites that want to control the world's population? Are they the same structure Southall described? How many of them are there?

claig · 24/11/2016 23:40

'Am I imagining it, Claig, but didnt HC's campaign manager ask Trump to concede defeat, and he said No. Soon after, the result was confirmed.'

I haven't heard that. Have you got a link?

But there are all sorts of conspiracy theories about how American elections are called. I haven't had time to delve into them all. But apparently a company owned by the big media companies announces the results and that can be based on exit polls before all votes have been fully counted etc, so conceding defeat may influence what gets announced etc.

It is a huge subject that the US conspiracy theorists go into, but I haven't had time to check out what it is all about.

OP posts:
squishysquirmy · 24/11/2016 23:41

Have these "elites" done anything in particular that I would definitely have heard of?

Kaija · 24/11/2016 23:41

I think you'll find Trump is quite the globalist when it comes to his own interests. Elitest of elites.

claig · 24/11/2016 23:42

'Just because we've read the threads Claig, doesn't mean we've believed them. It's called critical thinking.'

Well then you won't understand why Trump won and what it means for the US and the world and most of all for the elites to whom Trump is an "existential threat".

OP posts:
squishysquirmy · 24/11/2016 23:43

I think you have finally got to the crux of our problem there, Claig.

Kaija · 24/11/2016 23:45

I think it's probably time to stop dancing about pretending that "elites" has anything to do with power or wealth. It is abundantly clear from your usage that by "elites" you mean anyone holding liberal values.

claig · 24/11/2016 23:51

'Who are these elites that want to control the world's population? '

The 0.7% of the population who control more wealth than billions of people combined. They set up the structures that Southall mentioned.

Academic is not a university per se, they control think tanks, set up by corporations or billionaires or rich donors which have agendas and which hire academics etc.

The global green movement and the famous "Limits to Growth" report which is what the elites want to do (limit the people's growth) came out of a report by some MIT academics which was commissioned by the elite Club of Rome think tank.

That is how things get done and then puppet politicians (on expenses) push through the agendas decided upon by the real 0.7% elite.

Then along comes Trump, a renegade billionaire maverick, despised by the elite, teams up with one Nigel Farage from Dear old Blighty, detested by the British Establishment and the entire cardboard cutout political class of cronies, career politicians and climbers, loved only by the illustrious People's Army, and puts the fear of God into the elites by saying

"Americanism not globalism"

to which the Trump fans go nuts and which then drives the elites nuts.

Trump beat them and he has only started on them. The people are laughing, the elites are down in the dumps.

"The 0.7% of the population who control more wealth than billions of people combined"

That's Trump.

Kaija · 24/11/2016 23:54

Wtf is "the illustrious People's Army"??

squishysquirmy · 24/11/2016 23:55

Am I "people" or "elite"? because I am not rich and have very little power or influence, but I am not laughing right now.

squishysquirmy · 25/11/2016 00:00

The world's population is estimated at about 7.4 billion. So 0.7% of that is about 51,800,000 people, right?
Do they all share the same goals? Do they all co-operate? How?

claig · 25/11/2016 00:01

'Have these "elites" done anything in particular that I would definitely have heard of?'

Have you heard of "austerity". That is one of the elite's favourite words. They like their teams to repeat it to them in a chant because its aim is to screw the people, bail out the banks and keep the people down which is what they are all about.

And then along comes Trump, a renegade maverick billionaire, and says sod that for a game of soldiers, we are going to rebuild America, invest billions in infrastructure and make America great again, which is the last thing the elites want because their motto is "grind the buggers down" and give them as much "truth" (which is really "fake news") as they can, which is why Trump called the media in on Monday and gave them the biggest bollocking they have ever received. He said "we are in a room full of liars" and it dawned on them that he meant them, the great and the bad.

Trump has only just started on them. There is lots of fun to be had yet.

OP posts:
squishysquirmy · 25/11/2016 00:06

But not everyone was in favour of austerity. In fact, a lot of people who spoke out against austerity are now deeply troubled by Trump. So does this make them "elites", or not?

squishysquirmy · 25/11/2016 00:07

0.7% is a weirdly specific number as well. Why not 1%? Or 0.5%?

claig · 25/11/2016 00:08

'It is abundantly clear from your usage that by "elites" you mean anyone holding liberal values.'

The elites love the Saudis, they don't care about liberal values, all they care about is keeping the people down and in their place and feeding them "truth" with their media teams (that is really "fake news" about how Hillary had a 92% chance of winning and don't bother turning out to vote for Trump because he doesn't stand a chance and all the world bleeders agree).

The elites are politically correct, they lie, they spin, they rig markets, polls, elections and the media. They are not liberal, they only pretend, that is why they take more and more of the people's liberties.

Then along comes Trump, a renegade maverick billionaire, and blows a hole through political correctness and reinstates liberty and the elites are fuming.

OP posts:
squishysquirmy · 25/11/2016 00:08

"They like their teams to repeat it to them in a chant..."
How do you know this? Are you some kind of super spy?

Kaija · 25/11/2016 00:09

It's the spirit medium shtick again

squishysquirmy · 25/11/2016 00:10

Stream of consciousness.

claig · 25/11/2016 00:11

'But not everyone was in favour of austerity. In fact, a lot of people who spoke out against austerity are now deeply troubled by Trump. So does this make them "elites", or not?'

Who are you talking about? Hillary Benn and the 172's candidate, Owen Banter? They are not elite. I am talking about the 0.7% which is specific because they are the really, realy wealthy as shown in the link I posted.
