Snowtiger - in the past I have written down all the negative things, feelings & emotions. Then (not a spell or ritual as far as I know) spoken aloud asking the Goddess to remove these negative things from my life and to cleanse me of the negative thoughts & emotions. Then I burned the piece of paper and buried the ashes under my willow tree
(probable for doing it all wrong or something but it helped me and I felt much better)

Thanks Iklboo and Beldaran, both great ideas - will give them a go!

I have just outed myself as a Wiccan/Pagan during a conversation at work. I think now half of my colleagues think I am a weirdo and the other half are really interested. Cue some really interesting/tedious conversations at the Christmas (Yule) party

Woop! Look at you all! LOL. Hey there everyone just joined the site and saw this thread.

I've been a "pagan" for 17 years, i say it like this s its so much more and pagan is a term i can used to describe it LOL. Currently teaching in my spare time, my path is my own and magick is a very central part of my life.

I have a 4 and a half year old son,who is also autistic and have a wonderful partner who I'm not exactly sure, how he can put up with the both of us at times hahahah!
