what is the most strangest thing that has happened to you that you couldn't explain????

had to start this thread so I didn't bore Snugs to death with it on the other thread lol

I don't know pap snug is the teacher me thinks I will join u with the dunce thing I can never concentrate enough not even to meditate (hence snug inviting me to the meetings bless her) I have a problem with as soon as my mind see sumthing I worry and lose consentration.

No paps - changing your mind is not allowed, first impressions count. If it's any consolation, you were right with the first colour you thought of anyway.

Just tried the playing cards on that site... and thought hold the phone... then when dh came we both tried a card at the same time which made us realise they use different suits for the results...!

you know after I thought of 4 I thought that adds to 7 and felt very comfortable with that... until I thought of L7... which is a band I used to listen too and so my brain said NO! but still wondered.

Did you sit round a table... there felt to be alot of wood in the room. I found it difficult to stay there. I felt abit whirlygig?

No table in that room, but can account for feeling of wood.

Can you be a little bit more specific about the panelling - like, was it all the walls or just one particular wall? Light or dark wood?

I saw one side of the room - it appeared to be all panelled wood... older in appearance... darkish... but the lighting was subdued.. but definately not light. I think there was a door same as panels

I am not sure if I saw green curtains or am just tired and imaging things.

Panelling was there a couple of years ago, but is now covered.

Curtains are green.

I was well into the 'unexplained' part of the thread.. but the psychic skills stuff is great too. I just clicked one of the links, but can't get anything on it work.. the main page comes up but the stuff linked from it comes up as unavailable.

An 'unexplained' ongoing occurance that has become quite casually explained in our family as 'the presence of Eddy' (step dad) who has been dead nearly 4 years.. is the ligh tbulb activity that happens a LOT in my mum's (and his old) house. Mum has been to see a couple of mediums since he died who both mentioned the lightbulbs. They pop.. and break... and dim and go bright again. The medium said it was sort of like a 'side effect' of his presence. One month mum even said out loud 'Eddy please! I can't keep affording to replace these!' and the activity stopped for a while.
About 3 weeks ago, we had a LOT of light bulbs go in one week in our house.. and one shattered glass all over the kitchen although that was a lamp I was using temporarily and the bulb may have been too high a wattage I'm not sure! Then, that same week I was upstairs stripping and re-making beds and the light blub on the landing started flickering on and off. It's one of those energy saver ones.. and IT WASN'T SWITCHED ON AT THE WALL!! I watched it for a while and then it stopped. So I said (in my mind) "Eddy, if that's you, do it again!' and it did, immediately, on off, on off. Then I felt a bit freaked.. but 'asked' it to do it again anyway.. and it didn't. It hasn't happened since.

Do you think my step dad paid a visit to my house for a change?

sleepyjess, ur the second person today who has had a simular story both about parents who've passed over and I said to the other lassy that deep down if these things happen we know wether it's spiritual or not. me personally think that if the light bulbs are at it all the time and ur mums electrics have been checked and the lightbulb wattage isn't to high it must be him

and look under I think the test is headed Fun things or something like that. it's called the psychic test and there should be 5 cards with different symbols on it and it asks u to guess which sybol will be shown next.

Hiya m&s - have looked at site and then wandered off again giggling, only part I could get working was the fun stuff which is good for a laugh.

Last night wasn't intended as a serious test of telepathy - although it might have turned into an off the cuff test of astral travel, you never know
