I thought I’d broken my washer but thank god it seems ok.

My oldest friend is settling so wonderully into her new life away down south with her partner. She really deserves some happiness

Joining today:

2. great lunch today with my work colleague who I class as a great friend
3. success on a job, where I've had to fight for the result

DS' team playing and winning their first game of football in six months. But better than that, no dramas on the pitch, and the messaging between him and friends from the opposing team to congratulate each other on playing well.

The staff in my local shop. Saw one of them helping an elderly man find the items on his shopping list round the store today and it was obviously a regular thing. They've run the things so well over this time too.

Some really lovely colleagues. I need to tell myself that they more than make up for the other kind

Today I have to search further to find my three things:
Firstly I am so thankful that dd1 is loving high school and becoming such an amazing young lady
Secondly I am thankful for my lovely dogs, the consistent excitement at my return keeps a smile on my face
Thirdly there's a new series of eat well
For less which my dd2 will love to watch with me

Grateful for my dp
Had a lovely cuddle and chill with my dd2
Great gym session
