The Yurt Shop is open for business!!! Selling all manner of goodies - we have some Yurt cakes lovingly baked by the Yurt goddesses, plenty of incense and gentle music playing.

If you can't see anything you want just ask!

Morning! Have fun in the blue skies paps, its 'refreshingly' rainy here atm. Glad everyone enjoyed their sleeps - have brought in some homemade bread if anyone wants a little snack after their porridge.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY PETIT MELSY!!! Enjoy your cake and your party!!!

Won't be around much today as I have to do lots of shopping and creating for the Yurt shoppe but feel free to come in and take what you fancy.

Papillon · 18/09/2004 09:40

Yes great bread -- oh dear we are eating all our own products

I also sampled and approved a loaf of fruit bread to boost the supplies.
There has been afew dream threads this week so I have been sitting with the yurt weavers and have created some lovely dream catchers. They look wonderful hanging on the catcher line

wobblyknicks · 18/09/2004 09:48

Don't worry paps, as much as we eat I can alway make more. Thanks for the dreamcatchers, spookily I was actually thinking last night that there should be some next to the windchimes!

Thunderbird1 · 18/09/2004 18:43

What do you recommend for a novice to get into this whole Yurt thing ?

glitterfairy · 18/09/2004 18:46

Cake and coffee of course. If chocolate is oyur thing there is plenty we also always have nuts and sometimes gateauxs with creamy ganache filling. The carpets are for rolling with laughter on by the way.

Thunderbird1 · 18/09/2004 18:47

OO cake sounds like just what I need after a hard week !

wobblyknicks · 18/09/2004 18:48

Defo - also recommend a bag of mystery herbs, a poncho and some chinese stress balls.

OP posts:
Thunderbird1 · 18/09/2004 18:54

Oh yes, add a poncho to my order but only if it has tassles !

wobblyknicks · 18/09/2004 18:58

Ok, one tassley poncho wrapped up for you.
