Once again there's not enough time to stop and chat as much as I want to, hello and welcome to all our new people and hello all the usual crowd too, it's really cosy around the aga today.
Elphame wishing you rest and arnica, Loyaul and everyone else who needs it, definitely self-care time. Remember, you can't help anyone else if you're below par yourself.
Rivier fantastic opportunity! Do you know many of the places on Lewis? Callanish 1 is the most popular but there are many other places to visit too. Don't miss seeing the Sleeping Beauty, Cailleach na Mointeach, the view to her was almost destroyed in 2015-2017 when a windfarm company wanted to erect turbines all over Lewis. The locals said no, drummed up a load of support online and permission was refused.
Margaret Curtis has spent her life there observing the stones and her work is well respected. www.peterthestoryteller.co.uk/page22.html
Visitor Centre looks as though it's worth a trip too. www.callanishvisitorcentre.co.uk/index.php/story-of-the-stones-exhibition
Do look at all the nearby sites listed here, so you can see they are not built in isolation. On a map or something - if you visited each one you'd be there a long tome!

Hope you may get to see the Northern Lights on your trip, too.
Do take some evening shots, I've heard that sometimes the Northern Lights are not visible to the naked eye but will appear on photos.
Betty I've always found Glastonbury to be one of those places you can explore and something you need appears in a street where you're browsing. There again, I lean towards the haphazard way of things too.
My don't miss list - Tor, you can look at it if you don't want to climb it, Chalice Well, White Well and Starchild inc the Courtyard.

What's On - there's always a lot more, but this gives you an idea of the things on offer www.glastonburyoracle.co.uk/
StarStruck old fashioned cleansing via the 4 elements for anything suitable i.e. won't be damaged by any of the elements. Earth (salt) Air (incense/smudge) Fire (candle flame) and water (bottle of spring water) I still tend to do that for any stones and crystals, it gives them a 'welcome home' feel to me.
