Prayers for Aillidh part 2

As the other thread is nearing its limit, hopefully this is the thread with lots of positive news.

Giraffes - it's good to know she's comfortable and aware of the people she loves with her.

We'll keep on praying We are loved and our prayers are heard. Aillidh is so loved.

'And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose........

What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all?how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things? Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. Who then is the one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus who died ?more than that, who was raised to life ?is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us. yes very pleased to hear she isnt in any pain and is comfortable, the sleep will be doing her good. still holding them all in my thoughts and sending love and strength., thats to you as well giraffe xxxx

I'm glad that she's getting comfort from people being there with her (and that expat has stood her ground of course!) and that there are more family up to help and take some of the pressure off....

good to see she is not in any pain,that is a comfort to her parents im sure.May all her sleeping help the healing process and allow her fragile little body to rest and recover.

Sats going up is very good sign. So lovely of you to be there for her, giraffes.

Oh dear, well 80% oxygen to maintain sats isn't good, so we can pray for that. Everything else sounds very positive. Well done, Aillidh.

Just had my evening prayers and lit a candle. Tomorrow my DB and SIL are visiting. Even though they aren't particularly religious, they would like to add their good wishes and hopes for darling Aillidh.

Pyscho updated the other thread with messages from expat:
'Aillidh's sats have dropped and she's got a temp. Waiting for BK to review her xray and come back in."

and then

"Please, please pray for her to live. Please."

So lets keep this thread bumped and take time to pray for this mother and child and all their family.

Father God, we ask you to send healing to this child. We ask you for her life. For everything she should grow up to see and do. We ask you for this child's life.

There was an update from psychomum5 Sat 30-Jun-12 12:14:23 on the thread in chat if anyone missed it.

Praying very hard here, both me and DD, candle is lit and all of our thoughts are with Aillidh and Expat and all of the family.

My Dd was asking me what was the matter with me (tearful) so I told her that I am checking up on a very poorly little girl and she asked what was wrong, so I told her. She hopes Aillidh gets better soon.x

There's another brief update on the other thread. Expat really needs every bit of strength we can give her.

Cooling prayers needed to bring her temp down.
She MUST live!

Dear Lord,
We do not presume to know the plans you have for Aillidh, we place her in your hands and trust in you in your infinite wisdom.
We ask for your mercy Lord for your healing power to come to this little child, for strength for her parents and family, We give thanks for all who hold her dear, for the love and support sent to her and her family at this time.
In the name of your son, our saviour Jesus Christ Amen

She is still in my prayers. DD been to church tonight and did a reading- she dedicated it to aillidh and has asked the whole congregation to pray.

Still praying hard here. Thinking of you, brave, beautiful little girl xx

Not heard anything since expats update today about her temp and asking for prayers hope she's cooled down a bit now.

Poor wee thing she's been through so much surely it must be time for her to get a break?
