I know I would appreciate prayers as I face the prospect that the Littlest Dippy starts school in a few short weeks (w/c 12th Sept to be precise). Feeling a little wobbly to say the least ......

ds is being referred, which is what I wanted to happen. they can investigate and rule out this that or the other.

he has gone to sleep before his tea as he did not have a nap.

I am relieved to have made it to the weekend. there have been so many things to remember and organise in the last few weeks. brain circuits are overheating and melting. i do not have to organise anything tonight.

Can I ask for prayers for my DH... he is taking his second attempt in his last test to become an approved driving instructor this Wednesday. He is preparing very hard for this and it would make such a world of difference to us if he could pass on Wednesday :)

I'd appreciate more 'general coping' prayers, as I am still really struggling to stay on top of things at work, and it's getting me down a bit. Felt a bit more confident in my ability to get through this period, though - with God's help - after this morning's service.

i have rung in sick for the 2 dc's this morning, but am not sure where I can ring in sick. we have all got colds/headaches/coughs/sneezes/sorethroats in various combinations.

Prayers for you all as I read through. For peace in each situation you are in and for positive outcomes on Wednesday for Blue's DH.

Can I add us to the list? DH, I, DS and DD4 are travelling up to Oswestry tomorrow afternoon for final medicals and family interview for our plans for next year. Up until now I have been very relaxed about it all and have just prayed that if it is God's will that it would go fine, BUT this time I am finding it harder to say that because we want it so much! We truly believe it is God's will, but I will be mightily relieved when tomorrow is done and final boxes are ticked. - does htat make sense to anyone?

I am thinking that I was a bit daft to say that I would go into work today before we travel. I could really do with the morning here to sort everything out. I really must learn not to think that I will be letting others down if I dont run round like a lunatic first!

Sorry PA I meant to post a verse that I read yesterday . Blessed are you who believed that what was spoken to you by the Lord would be fulfilled. Luke 1:45 I hope it went well today, but irrespective of that, if God he as laid something on your heart you'll get there, even if it doesn't always seem likely.

still a miserable bugger suffering from a cold. all my glands are "up" I thought dd was up to going back to school but is still coughing so at least we don't have to go out. ds is tucked up on the sofa, coughing in a slightly higher tone.

thank you bes he went off already, has his test at 10am. He looked very confident. I so hope he passes today! we got our moving date yesterday 10th of December, better continue with packing now
