Yes, I know Brexit as been done to death. Just posting here for traffic really. Am prepared for the total flaming that inevitably follows. Light up those flame throwers.

I must say I'm not convinced that a second referendum is a good idea. I think Brexit will be a disaster but I think putting it back to the people will also cause huge issues. But I can't see any other course of action.

Unless the government was to come to the conclusion that Brexit was not in the National Interest and was prepared to make the decision not to proceed, and - this is the important bit - a fully costed plan which addresses the reasons people voted Leave. Also impossible, of course, because people voted for different reasons.

What a mess.
