It is lovely of them to give us a nice HQ from which to roam.

I am a pedant but I secretly love those signs!
My favourite one was in a cafe on the specials board - it said:

"Hot" "prawn" salad £3.95

Obviously a cold, soggy salad with rolled-up socks in it pretending to be prawns...
