Yes. Lots of ffs and accusations of being patronising.
My grammar is not perfect, I am sure I make mistakes in most of my posts, but the lose/loose error is increasingly common and I can't resist the urge to comment.

Thank you Mrsruffallo, this drives me mad every time I see it and have also had the FFS comments when I have dared to mention it! Certainly not perfect here, but notice this EVERY time!!

Haha to "habitual users" - these people who "lose" things all the time, it's a difficult habit to crack.

I feel your pain. Can I just add 'councilling' and 'definately' to the list. I've seen the latter so often, recently, that I had to look it up to make sure I wasn't wrong!

It would be rude to call someone up for saying 'here here' wouldn't it? Especially on a thread I started. I should just be grateful that they are posting rather than tell them off for not posting correctly.

"here, here" Perhaps she was telling you go to her, like calling a dog? You could always respond with a "where, Where?" (Not suggesting you are a dog, you understand!! ) On the other hand, it does sound as if she was agreeing with whatever you were saying, so maybe pedantic tendencies should be curbed for the greater good.
