I think ours was £150 for whole 2 hour party (dressed as a fairy, games and songs and disco).

presumably they can only do one booking in an afternoon so the price per hour is less after the first hour?

nailpolish · 12/09/2008 11:46

hmm i have emailed one person andthey said £240 for a 2 hr package

NOT within my budget unfortunately

hired one for ds2's 5th.

She provided:
Bouncy castle, all party bags, decorations, 2nd person for face painting, music, games, prizes, plates and cups.

Party was pirate theme, she was dressed up, and all games/ decorations fitted theme.

£200. hall hire was £30, and food about £25.

We have hired the same entertainers two years running, £150 for 2 hours but they come set up hour before etc. 2 entertainers and prizes provided. Kids happy so all we have to pay for is food and the hall oh and the dreaded bags of tat AKA Party bags!

We are in the midlands.

cornetjo · 12/09/2008 20:39

I'm a facepainter and charge £40 for 2 hours (minimum booking). I paint in houses or in hired halls etc. Unfortunately I think I'm a bit too far away from you though. I'm in South Wales. If you go to Facepainting Chat there are loads of facepainters/ and other entertainers on there.

CoolYourJets · 12/09/2008 20:48

Np when is the party? My sis is a face painter in Edinburgh. Pretty sure she would charge less than that mates rates and all that.

nailpolish · 13/09/2008 12:17
