How often do you hear from adult children after they move out?

How often did you see or speak to your child once they moved out. I understand that the distance makes a huge difference but even a phone call, did they still bother?

@rosesarebluer he messages me first or I message him, I dont message him each day, he messages are you OK and I respond or vice versa but that's all the messages are. One message a day with either it being him first or me. Its more the phone calls. I think having one phone call in two months isn't alot to ask. I have told him anyway that be nice to have a phone call each week and he said he'd like that and called me, and il ring him the next time. He lives with his girlfriends parents and sees them everyday so hopefully on phone call isn't too much.
