Great

Have had first day on own and has been fab - frustrating though as trying to figure our payment gateways and insurance - quite mind numbing - haven't painted hall as planned or been to bank or done any gardening But have found two potential suppliers

thebluefoxategreensocks · 07/09/2009 15:22

just a quick hello from sunny Scotland! And boy, am I ever glad it's sunny & windy, as guess how many nappies I've got hanging on the line????! 38! Just since Saturday afternoon! not to mention all the wraps, liners and wipes! had to stuff the washing machine twice (2 very full loads!) just since I last washed on Sat afternoon. Think I need a bigger washing machine! lol

Help, again My first ever proper fluffy post (love that the label even said that) from Upsy Daisy and I've made a minor error.
It's my first stuffable, but I have no stuffing, didn't realise I should have ordered any .
I have loads of M/E boosters can I use these, as U/D has shut up shop to the public, um, er what to do?

4andnotout · 07/09/2009 17:09

Hi everyone

No fluffy post today, infact i don't think we have had any post today

I have a lovely line of nappies too today, it has threatend to rain all day but it has held off and everything is lovley and dry for me to put away tonight whilst i'm putting Tilly-Grace to bed

Scardeycat i have some microfibe inserts i can sell you if that is any good, what size upsy daisy have you got? I'm sure to have some to fit and would only want 50p each plus post?

Scaredycat3000 · 07/09/2009 17:46

Scaredycat3000 · 07/09/2009 17:49

Scorps · 07/09/2009 17:54

Have just started using tots bots fleece liners (washable ones) as dd has been sore. Well they have helped soreness but DH whinges about the poo disposal. Can i put paper flushable on top of fleece, or will this stop fleece taking wee away iyswim? Thanks

4andnotout · 07/09/2009 17:56

I think the fleece won't work with the paper on top.

Scorps · 07/09/2009 17:58

Thanks, i don't mind at all but DH is rather easy to make urge (he does morning nappy most days)

Scaredycat3000 · 07/09/2009 18:09

Myjobismum I ordered on the 11 Aug, sorry, I'm waiting for more as well

Octothechildherder · 07/09/2009 18:15

scorps - you need silver liners - better than fleece

BaronConker · 07/09/2009 20:26

Octo - do you mind me asking where you are going in Sardinia? That sounds like a good deal for 5, me and DH have always wanted to go to Sardinia...

JennyPenny22 · 07/09/2009 20:47

I am so jelous octo. It has cost us about 1350 for us to go to tennerife and its only for one week and both the girls are free except airport tax.

AAAhhhh sorry but im on the verge of ordering 4 Bububebe...cant help myself, talk me down ppllleeeaaaassseeeee

Hope your all having a fab night !

JennyPenny22 · 07/09/2009 21:18

kmummy - I don't even know what they are!

My pop and grows are stil leaking very quickly. I used both boosters today for Elouises nap and it was soaked after the 2 hours and had a wet patch on her trousers. I think all of our other nappies last for her nap and longer. What am I doing wrong?

I got a big bag of MEOS and ME wraps today, in EEEEUC for £12 the lot! There are 10 nappies and about 5 wraps! They are still so soft and scrummy. Going to see if my sister wants them for her baby.

4andnotout · 07/09/2009 21:21

Kmummy i have never seen that brand before so now going to have a google

4andnotout · 07/09/2009 21:23

I can't find my boosters for my pop 'n' gro so Maisy-Rae can't use it

kmummy · 07/09/2009 21:25

There fitteds and bloody cute!

Jenny, i loved my pop and gro, its been washed 7+ now and leaked after an hour today...couldnt cope with his morning wee...had a very soggy boy on our first day back on the school run i think for us its ok if he isnt weeing much, but this is the 2nd time it couldnt cope if he peed a bit more than usual as he isnt a heavy wetter at all!

What do you think 4?

I ordered my first pair of longies so am on a fitted mission...but could by 5 ittis fo rthat price, what do i do?!?!

kmummy · 07/09/2009 21:37

Excuse my spelling at the end, typed to quick hehe....does anyone know where you can get the new cushie prints from too?

4andnotout · 07/09/2009 21:40

I personally don't like them but that's because i just don't 'get' pretty fitted's I like to have the pretty part on show iykwim. My 4 years of scrimping by with a dozen squares, rubber pants and 2 nappy nippas has turned me minkee mad this time round

Octothechildherder · 07/09/2009 21:45

will have a think about the pop n gros - not sure what is causing it.

We are going on a canvas holiday to Villagio Camping 4 Mori in the south of the Island - in a comfort plus - in the summer we went to Camping Baia Blu la Tortuga which was in the north. We plan to travel about more next summer.

Babybots · 07/09/2009 22:00

Kmummy - jenny should have the cushie prints when her site is up and running, we will also be stocking them shortly, should be with us in the next couple of days!!
