Poo goes to Pooland - where can I get it?

I read on a thread about this publication that was produced by the NHS. Does anyone know where I can get a copy of it as it is meant to be brilliant at helping children understand what happens to poos.

Also desperate here! Three and a half year old boy who is still not potty trained...
