Poo goes to Pooland - where can I get it?

I read on a thread about this publication that was produced by the NHS. Does anyone know where I can get a copy of it as it is meant to be brilliant at helping children understand what happens to poos.

Just to let you know Swampster, my nearly three year old dd is fully toilet trained now all thanks to this thread. I tried loads of things but sending mr poo off down the toilet has really worked. (In conjunction with some other top tips I learnt on here.)She is so proud as she stands there waving goodbye to him.
